1. Family harmony

In 2022, I had misunderstandings with my parents, had conflicts with my lover, and got angry with my daughter. Fortunately we are still under the same roof and enjoying life together. A family doesn't mean they don't quarrel, but they stay together after quarreling.

2. Memorize English words again

In the spring, I took on the task of teaching English to Class 31. After 6 years, I was exposed to the English teaching materials for the sixth grade of primary school, and it was inevitable that I was unfamiliar. Many words, sentence patterns, and grammar are just a vague impression. You must prepare carefully before class before entering the classroom. I applied for a master's degree in education from Hunan University in the fall. I have been checking in every day at "Baicizhan" for the past two months to prepare for next year's English exam. I majored in English in college, and I feel like many words are still deep in my brain. It seems that some memories are only temporarily sealed and have not disappeared.

3. Change in work mentality

“The first-year class teacher is very tiring.” In the past ten years, I have always heard my colleagues complain. It was only in the fall that I realized the pain. There are many classes, many forms, and many other things. Everything as small as the placement of school bags and water bottles must be trained one by one, and all class routines are started from scratch. It's okay, try it from the first grade according to your own ideas, and see if you can bring out a better class than before. Practice is an important criterion for testing learning effects. When your workload is seriously overloaded, take the initiative to communicate with your leadership and stop complaining. Do things seriously, but don’t feel bad about yourself.

4. An attempt at class diary

I have always envied the bottle diary organized by Teacher Wu Dan’s class. Through the study of Xinwang Teacher, I understand that only by writing more and reading more, and inputting and outputting at the same time, can my writing ability be significantly improved. So I started trying the "Class 32 Diary" in the third week of spring. According to the student number, one person writes for one day. The next morning, the first draft is given to me for review, and then written in the prescribed diary, and then randomly asked classmates to comment. The final three books were very beautiful, and the students in Class 32 gave me an unexpected surprise. The creative ability of students cannot be underestimated.

4. Insist on combining reading and writing

Book a copy of the Chinese teachers’ newspaper in 2023. Opened a personal public account and has published 324 original articles so far. There are articles about learning and checking in by new network teachers, as well as essays about their own lives, totaling more than 10,000 words. Last year, 18 books were customized, and 9 were completed. Followed the online reading session of Xinwang Master and finished reading 6 books with annotations. These 15 books are all educational books, enriching a lot of background knowledge for my brain. At the peak of the day, I completed check-ins in 4 places and thousands of words. At the very least, I only updated my personal public account, which was a few hundred words. The nine-month education memo is about 20,000 words long. The quantity of output text this year is about the same as last year, but the quality has improved. It is better to persist poorly than to give up easily.

5. Participate in the 6th Teachers Alliance Summer Reading Club

In the name of "not forgetting the original intention", we continued to cooperate with Anhui teacher Qian Yaling and *** read " Education, Creates Unlimited Possibilities", "I Just Want to Be a Class Teacher" and "How to Be a Teacher Today", clocked in for 46 days, shared reading insights twice, and was rated as "Excellent Group", "Excellent Sharing Teacher" and "Excellent Individual". Get two books and two customized bookmarks. It is not a bad thing to use tasks to drive yourself to read more.

6. Enjoy learning from the new network teachers

In the spring, I took the "Playing Games and Learning Mathematics" course taught by Song Yanan, and served as a reviewer, course recorder and course summary organizer. Completed 10 check-in reviews, 2 summary reviews, and 7 classroom recordings in one ***. I insisted on clocking in for 152 days, 8 major assignments, and a total of more than 60,000 words. In the fall, I took the course "Teacher Growth, Professional Reading Teaching and Professional Writing" taught by Mr. Li Zhenxi, and served as a check-in evaluator, course review organizer, and homework evaluator. As a homework reviewer, share your fifth homework review. There are 65 days in one month, 9 preview assignments, and a total of more than 30,000 words. 8. Persist in reading picture books with my daughters

I often hear my two daughters talking vividly about various interesting picture books, which makes me more determined to read with them. Books are the ladder of human progress. Making reading a way of life is the most important thing we as parents should teach our children.

9. Add Mr. Hao Xiaodong, Executive Director of Xinwangshi, as a friend

I have studied at Xinwangshi for more than a year, and I have participated in the same reading with Mr. Hao many times, but never There is no such one-to-one communication. The autographs of books such as "Teacher Growth Power" have already made me very excited. On October 15, 2022, I had a twenty-minute communication with Teacher Hao Xiaodong. I am more determined to persist in my second professional growth. Behind everyone's success is a lot of hard work.

10. The application for a master's degree in education with equivalent academic qualifications was successfully passed

The book "Teacher Growth Power" awakened my sense of growth, lit up the light of my life, and strengthened my Determination for professional learning. The postgraduate entrance examination plan that I have been hesitating for several years has finally come to fruition. Preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination was quickly integrated into my life, and I planned to continue reading professional books to bring myself closer to professional teachers.

Although there are still some regrets this year, only continuous action can change, only continuous change can grow, and only continuous growth can make progress.
