Can I change the red car to Roman Jihong?

1. According to the revised Regulations on the Administration of Motor Vehicle Registration (OrderNo. 124 of the Ministry of Public Security), the car body color can be changed, allowing the owner to change the car body color before registering.

2. It is clearly stipulated that the body color shall not be the same as or similar to that of special vehicles: red for fire fighting, yellow for engineering emergency rescue and blue for national administrative law enforcement. There should be no more than three body colors, and Romanghi red is dark red and can be changed.
