On the relationship between the distribution of inflow and outflow rivers and topography and climate in China

The rivers flowing out of China are mainly distributed in Daxing 'anling-Yinshan-Helan-Qilian-Bayankala-southeast of Gangdise. Here is the monsoon climate, with large annual precipitation and abundant surface water. There are many rivers on the earth's surface, with dense river networks, especially in the area south of the Huaihe River in Qinling Mountains. Rivers have a large amount of water and a long flow direction, which can flow into the ocean. The eastern monsoon climate zone in China is dominated by plateaus, plains and low hills, with high terrain in the west and low terrain in the east, and most rivers flow from west to east.

Inland rivers in China are mainly distributed in Daxinganling-Yinshan-Helan-Qilian-Bayankala-northwest of Gangdise. The climate here is relatively dry, with little annual precipitation and lack of surface water. There are mountains, snow and ice, and melted water can form rivers. There are few rivers and short processes. From upstream to downstream, the amount of water in the river is getting less and less, and finally it flows into the lake or disappears into the desert. Affected by topography, the river flows generally perpendicular to the extension direction of mountains and flows to the middle of the basin.
