Do prosecutors in our country care about arresting people?

Whether the prosecutor arrests people or not, the procuratorate, specifically the procurator-general, signs an arrest warrant, and the public security will arrest people in cases investigated by the public security. Those who investigate by themselves (anti-corruption and dereliction of duty) will ask the public security to cooperate or the bailiff of the procuratorate to arrest people.

In many countries, such as Britain, prosecutors only provide social services, but China is an important part of the judicial system. Some countries have independent prosecutors, but China does not. The main functions of China's procuratorial organs are to prosecute, investigate and supervise, accuse and appeal, civil administrative litigation, procuratorial supervision, anti-corruption and bribery, anti-dereliction of duty and infringement on behalf of the state.
