Introduction to Flag Flower Noodles

Qihua noodles, also known as Qihua noodles, are a unique Han-style snack in Wugong County, Shaanxi Province, and are famous far and wide. Because the colorful flowers floating on the bowl look like flowers but not flowers, it is called "Qihua Noodles"; it is also called "Seven Flower Noodles" because the egg flowers, chopped green onions, kelp shreds, day lilies, etc. used in it are cut into small pieces. It has parallelograms or triangles like a flag, hence the name "flag pattern".
