To get a beautiful welding joint, you should pay attention to the following aspects:

3. Reasonably control the welding position, because flat welding is the easiest to obtain beautiful welds.

4. Here is a brief introduction to the flat welding technique. Pay attention to the angle and amplitude of the moving rod. The narrow welding joint of the thin plate can catch the grooves on both sides and reduce the swing. Keep pressing the arc and dragging the welding rod. After the welding rod is removed, the coating will fall off by itself when changing the welding rod. Do not move it to avoid contaminating the joint and making it unsightly when the arc is lit again. The welding rod of the middle plate is S-shaped and can produce fish scale patterns. The welding rod takes a figure-8 shape and can produce a double fish scale pattern. In short, suppressing the arc is very important. The double fish scale pattern welded by our colleagues is as beautiful as the pattern scraped out by the fitter's scraper. In other cases, when welding pipes, the inside shape is basically the same as the outside.
