Would you choose Western fast food or Chinese fast food for lunch?

If I had to choose a bento, I would choose Chinese fast food.

I have eaten both Chinese fast food and Western fast food, but I still prefer Chinese fast food because Chinese fast food has meat and vegetables, a reasonable combination, and is healthier. If you eat Western fast food once in a while, just treat it as a change of taste, and don't choose it for long-term lunches.

It’s also good to bring your own meals at noon, as the ingredients are healthier.
