What if you feel comfortable?

College 800 is the highlight of my life. From 4: 20 to 4: 03 and then to 3: 58, I feel that I am making progress. Running for four minutes is very satisfactory for me, because I didn't have any training before this physical examination, and most of the time I was either in class or lying in the dormitory watching the internet.

After this run, I summed it up. I think the most important thing for 800 is to improvise. Weight is also an important aspect, because I have been losing weight, and I have lost a little this time. Improvisation is divided into running plan, psychological preparation and breathing adjustment.

As for the running plan, I took the step of accelerating the sprint from the beginning, but I didn't try my best, that is, I tried as fast as possible without trying my best. I just feel that I have the strength from the beginning, so I will run faster. It is best to keep a uniform speed in the first lap. The hardest part should be the second lap. Everyone who has run knows that there is really no strength in the second lap. Don't stop at this time, stick to the speed you can run down, and finally sprint when you can see the finish line. Can be a few seconds faster.

Mentally speaking, because I am a little fat, I have always had an idea that being fat means not running. Later, I found that there are actually many fat people who are fatter than me, and some people run very fast (not discriminating against obesity). I thought I should be able to do what others can do, so I began to run hard and stopped looking for an interface for myself. Don't think about it while running. I can't run. Think about something else, or you can think that I can try my best to run, and don't think that I will walk and run again. I feel like I don't want to run anymore after I leave. Even if I can run, I still feel a little behind.

In terms of breathing regulation, I used to breathe through my mouth. I had time to practice nasal breathing several times last semester. This time, I also used my nose to breathe. I ran with my neck stuck and my head held high. I feel my nose is breathing very smoothly in this position. I felt a little breathless in the middle, so I changed my mouth to breathe, but this position felt uncomfortable, so I quickly changed back. And several of my roommates who breathe through their mouths threw up after running. Of course, you can also make adjustments according to your own habits.

Finally, look at the students' feelings after running and understand the precautions: don't eat too much before running, which is easy to vomit; Don't do high-intensity training, you will easily lose strength.
