What I said to myself after four years of college.

1. Four years in college is the best time to get things done. No one can restrain you or interfere with you. You can arrange your time freely. It doesn't matter what major you study at all. What's important is that you know what you want to do and then accomplish it in a planned and targeted way. Instead of living a life without a clue, I am at a loss every day. Remember, you are in college, not in college. You should be dominated by yourself, not by those messy trifles. You must think clearly about what to do, what not to do, what is useful and what is meaningless.

3. Senior students will graduate next year. When looking for a job, try your best to find something that you like and have a future. Don't sign up for a company hastily and think that everything will be fine if you have a foothold. When you really go to work, you will be able to appreciate the warmth and coldness. For students in school, don't pin their future on their majors, and for graduates who are about to graduate, don't pin their future on that job. This is what I have repeatedly stressed: find what you really want, like and have a promising direction at school, and then work hard. If you think that your university has been deserted for four years and you have got nothing but two certificates, it is not too late to start looking now.

4. I only have one criterion as to whether I should do research, part-time job, starting a business, participating in activities to exercise various abilities and other things in the university, and that is whether this matter can really improve my ability, learn useful skills for myself and really raise my social status. Don't follow the trend, don't give yourself an excuse to relax, let alone label yourself. I can only say that it is a waste of time and life. People should face the reality when they are alive, but also be a true self.

5. Don't think that you are good enough now, and you have done enough, but it is far from enough. Don't doubt those who can buy a house or a car after graduation for a year or two. There are too many such people, but you haven't seen them before. If you can't do it, you can't do it. Only when you admit it generously can you have upward motivation. Therefore, when surfing the Internet, watch more financial and business reviews and programs, learn the good qualities of peers, and stimulate yourself by the way.

6. Everyone knows that it will be hard after graduation, but they never realize it from the bottom of their hearts, which is why many people continue to choose comfort. After graduation, it is normal to ride a bike to work, share a house of 15 square meters, be despised by the master or predecessors, have poor wages, and so on. Your pride without any content will eventually be beaten to pieces. This is the reality. Don't expect others to sympathize with you. There is only one way. When you are at school and at work, you will endure silent changes and break out in silence.

7. In fact, you know best about postgraduate entrance examination or work, so just don't make a decision against your will. Postgraduate entrance examination should have the perseverance to learn. What can you get after postgraduate entrance examination except academic qualifications? Can your family support it? Is it to avoid employment or really learn high-level knowledge to serve your future? Think about these questions, and I believe you can get your own conclusion and choose to bear it yourself.
