[25 points] What's the difference between Inner Mongolians and Outer Mongolians? Can we communicate?

There are differences. There should be little difference in written language, mainly spoken language. I am from Inner Mongolia, but I can't speak Mongolian. The Mongolians in my family still don't understand what they say to the Mongolians in Hu Meng. Not to mention foreigners, Mongolian and Putonghua are ok, that is, we have many different kinds of Chinese. I can't understand both Minnan and Cantonese.

The words are basically the same. The Mongolians here are all Mongolians and China people, mixed together. Which is easier?
