I always feel that time flies and there are still many skills to learn.

Sound equipment and technical level, scientific and effective instruments and equipment, all kinds of special ventilators for newborns can be seen here, such as transfer incubator, advanced incubator, invasive (non-invasive) ventilator for newborns, blue-light incubator on all sides, neonatal radiation protection platform and so on. In addition, the neonatal ward has an experienced nursing team with advanced nursing level and concept.

The department has a neonatal PICC nursing team, venous indwelling and arterial blood pressure monitoring, which greatly reduces the pain caused by repeated puncture and reduces the probability of infection.

Strict disinfection and isolation system and perfect disinfection and isolation measures, in order to avoid cross infection, they used disposable ventilator pipes, disposable oxygen saturation probes, disposable oxygen bottles, disposable sputum suction bottles and disposable sterile gauze to replace syringes and wipe incubators for nasal feeding children. Every infected child was sent to a private isolation room.

The application of closed sputum suction tube reduced the incidence of nosocomial infection and VAP. When we put forward some disposable goods waste, the head nurse said, "I don't think it's a waste. I care about children's lives, not these items.".

Parents should be informed of different diseases during hospitalization, such as the treatment and nursing of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and respiratory distress syndrome. , told by doctors and nurses.
