I am very happy to participate in the youth ceremony of the 2019 students of Nanjing University Jinling Junior High School as a parent representative, and I am particularly honored to represent the parents of these children and express my heart to you at such an important moment.

As a bystander, full of expectations

In September 2014, the middle school of Jinling Middle School Xianlin Branch was opened; in September 2015, the middle school of Jinling Middle School Xianlin Branch moved into its current location .

From September 2015 to July 2018, due to work reasons, I took the teachers and students of the primary school and the teachers and students of the secondary school to No. 177 Xianlin Avenue. At that time, the middle school campus had fewer people and a large area. The middle school and elementary school were like one family and they got along harmoniously. It was during this period that I personally witnessed and felt the dedication and professionalism of the teachers in the middle school, as well as the standardization and orderliness of education and teaching. At that time, my son was still in primary school. Because we exchanged what we saw at school that day almost every day, my son has already had unlimited expectations in his heart for studying in the middle school of Jinling Middle School Xianlin Branch since that time...

In this way, when our son was entering junior high school, our whole family had a highly unified opinion, that is, we should focus on nothing else, follow the path of Huashan since ancient times, and only take a cup of Jinzhong branch.

So, in that summer when many parents thought they had multiple choices and were extremely busy and anxious, our family lived an extremely calm and calm life...

Becoming an authority, full of trust

After the summer vacation of 2019, my son officially became a member of the middle school department of Jinling Middle School Xianlin Branch, and we also became the authorities of this school from bystanders.

A group of young but extremely responsible teachers led the children in the 15 classes of 2019 through their first year of middle school smoothly, helping them gradually adapt to the learning rhythm and subjects of middle school. various changes.

I still remember the sudden COVID-19 epidemic in the spring of 2020. In order to help children continue to learn despite the suspension of classes, the school has carefully planned, organized and comprehensively promoted large-scale online teaching. Because of the positive actions of the school and the teachers' prompt response, although the children are at home, they have a regular routine and learn and grow at a regular pace. Therefore, for us, the spring of 2020 will remain in our hearts forever because of the direct manifestation of the power of education and the kindness of teachers.

In the fall semester of 2020, children in 15 classes of 2019 will advance to eighth grade. The junior high school of the Xianlin Branch of Jinling Middle School has also taken advantage of South-South cooperation and has another equally famous name - Nanjing University Jinling Junior High School. Since then, on the premise of continuing to run the school rigorously, the school has made more efforts to simultaneously develop five educations and pay attention to the all-round development of students.

For example, in order to enhance children’s awareness of labor and help them learn to get along with nature, the school organized children to go to Lishui in the autumn of 2020 to participate in a day and a half of labor practice.

It was the first time for my son to experience life with the classmates in his current class. He was excited before going because of the anticipation, and he was still excited when he came back because of the harvest.

In the spring of 2021, the school will provide children with the opportunity to perform collectively at the flag-raising ceremony as a class unit...
