Speech script for street youth symposium
How to give a good speech at a street symposium? The following is the speech script I compiled for the street youth symposium. I hope it will be helpful to you.
Part 1: Speech at the Street Youth Forum
Dear leaders and colleagues:
Good afternoon everyone!
XX In October 2008, I was fortunate enough to work in xx No. 4 Middle School. After more than a year of study and work, I gradually became familiar with this beautiful school and got to know a group of outstanding young and middle-aged teachers. With the care of my leaders and the help of my colleagues, I adapted to the new working environment and learned a lot of knowledge. In this noisy era of materialism, it seems difficult to calm down and concentrate on teaching. The embarrassing situation of being sacred and poor makes some comrades doubt their careers. It is not easy for many people to live in poverty and live happily. I often think that instead of complaining about life, it is better to face life with a positive attitude. Being a mediocre teacher is a lifetime, and being a teacher with faith and pursuit is also a lifetime. Who is willing to be mediocre? Today I work in No. 4 Middle School and share The past glory and achievements of No. 4 Middle School, but to pass on this glory and achievements, we need our young teachers to fight, win, create, and earn more honors for her. I remember that at the young teacher training meeting last semester, Chairman Huang and Teacher Jiang Jianhua gave wonderful speeches to young teachers about their own growth experiences. Their reports provided a model for the growth of young teachers and showed Behind the growth of every outstanding teacher is a process of pursuit, a process of struggle, and a process of continuous learning.
Due to the needs of work this semester, the school arranged for me to take over the job of the class teacher of the third class of the second grade of high school. The first thing I felt was the heavy responsibility. I was worried that I would not be able to do a good job due to my lack of experience, betray the trust of the school, and delay my work. the future of students. After that, the leader talked to me and helped me analyze the situation of the students in the class, put forward many targeted opinions and suggestions, and encouraged me to have confidence in myself. I think not to be discouraged in the face of difficulties and not to shy away from responsibilities is a choice that every young teacher should make. As long as you do it with your heart, you will be able to successfully complete all the tasks assigned by the school and contribute to the development of the school. own strength. At the beginning of taking over, I found every classmate in the class to have a heart-to-heart talk, solicited their opinions on class management, showed my determination to strengthen class management, and asked the class committee to draft a class convention to win students' support for class management. After a period of hard work, the class has made great progress in terms of attendance and hygiene. The phenomenon of absenteeism and lateness has been basically eliminated. The hygiene situation of the class has been greatly improved, and the class style and study style have also improved. With the support of the school leaders, our class held a "Thanksgiving Theme Class Meeting" activity on March 17th. We invited Lei Feng and Zhang Xijun, an old man from Yaodu, to attend the class meeting in person. After listening to the advanced deeds around them, the students received a A profound education, determined to be a person who contributes to society like Mr. Zhang. During the class meeting, I also invited eight parents to participate in the class meeting activities despite their busy schedule. When the students faced their parents and wrote down their gratitude to their parents for more than ten years, and read it out loud in front of their parents, I I saw several parents moved to tears. Even students with bad habits and not outstanding studies were moved to tears when they read out the long-lost thanks. Through this class meeting activity, the students' hearts were baptized. After the class meeting, many students experienced great mental changes and became more motivated in their studies. In conjunction with the volunteer activities carried out by the school Youth League Committee, our class has successively carried out volunteer activities to care for sanitation workers and appreciate the hard work and glory of labor. A one-year fixed monthly grant of 200 yuan per month to Wang Zhenbiao, a ninth-grade student from Genghuang Township in our county who has excellent academic performance and a poor family, is carried out as a loving student aid activity. Through these activities, the cohesion and collective sense of honor of the class are enhanced, and students are encouraged to appreciate the hard work of their parents, feel the true love of society, actively repay the society, and try their best to help students in need around them.
Although there are still many gaps between these and the goals we are pursuing, our students are slowly making progress. As a class teacher, I am pleased with their progress. Sometimes I think that the profession we are engaged in can affect a student's lifelong career. In the most important stage of their lives, we accompany them to grow and leave a heavy mark in their lives! Our thoughts and concepts pass through them Influence more people, we are actually doing a great thing! Our profession is therefore sacred! Of course, class teachers will also encounter some troubles and distress in their work, but troubles are also external conditions that promote their own growth, just like life needs The experience is ups and downs. If a teacher has not worked as a class teacher, he will not be able to grow quickly, which is also a shortcoming.
I believe that with the care and support of the school and the joint efforts of the young teachers, the young teachers in our school will live up to their trust, fulfill their mission, and do more work for the school . Thanks. Chapter 2: Speech for the Street Youth Symposium
I very much agree with holding this symposium. Comrades Nai Kun and Cheng Kai know better than I do about how to do youth work and about the characteristics and ideas of young people. We will have better conditions in the future. The new Youth League Committee of the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the establishment of the Youth Federation are believed to push youth work to a new level. The speeches just made by the 26 young people who were members of the Youth League inspired and educated us, and made me deeply feel the progress of the young comrades. When young people are strong, China will be strong. If young people have hope, China will have hope.
The May 4th Youth Day is coming soon, and I would like to express my feelings as a young friend. Comrades, in nine years we will usher in the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement. In XX years, we will usher in the centenary of the birth of the Communist Party of China. The May Fourth Movement and the establishment of the Communist Party of China in the 20th century greatly affected and changed the future and destiny of the Chinese nation, and had an immeasurable impact on modern human history. I think back then, just to the north of the office building of the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Beichizi Street was the Red Building of Peking University. The May Fourth Movement passed through there, and Li Dazhao, the founder of our party, once promoted revolutionary ideas there; in the south, there are arrow shafts at Donghua Gate. In the alley, there is the location of the editorial office of "New Youth" founded by Chen Duxiu. Our place is right between Nanchen, North and Li. There is Li Dazhao in the north and Chen Duxiu in the south. In the late 1920s, the two revolutionary predecessors, one dressed as a cook and the other as an accountant, secretly met to establish the Communist Party of China. I often tell myself: Without the bloodshed and sacrifices of our predecessors, we would not have the conditions we have today, nor would we have the life we ??have today. To feel the footsteps of the Chinese revolutionary ancestors at such a close distance, this tradition and this spirit are something we can never forget. At that time, "New Youth" was a fan publication and did not accept manuscripts from outside. All were written by a few people in the editorial department, who were very young at that time. At that time, as editor-in-chief, Chen Duxiu admired two people most, one was Hu Shi and the other was Lu Xun. He believed that their articles best reflected the vigor and new ideas of young people.
Looking at the history of our China Disabled Persons’ Federation, the comrades who worked in the founding period were also very young at the time. For example, Comrade Park Bang was less than 40 years old when he founded the foundation in early 1984. Another example is Comrade Haidi, who was 28 years old when he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Youth League Member" by the League Central Committee in 1983. Many of our old comrades in the Disabled Persons' Federation were young people when they came to work in the Disabled Persons' Federation. It is precisely because of their efforts that our cause has reached what it is today after 20 or 30 years. One thing that reminds me is that after an old grassroots chairman retired, he compiled all the local newspaper clippings related to the cause of disabled people since the establishment of the Disabled Persons' Federation, and compiled a book based on his own experience. He sent me the manuscript, hoping to write a preface. So I asked Comrade Guo Jiameng, the old chairman of the board of directors, for help. Later, Comrade Modeling wrote a paragraph, but before he could finish it, he suddenly passed away due to illness on May 2 of that year. There were three lines left on the precious draft, which roughly read: This comrade is a dedicated person in the cause of the disabled, and his heart is 100% devoted to the cause of the disabled.
Half a year later, the author of the book repeated my task: Comrade Xinxian, you started to help with this matter, but unfortunately it was not completed. Please help to continue this sequence.
I felt that I really couldn't refuse, so I continued to write the following paragraph: "It is difficult to know what is right and what is wrong." How many comrades have pursued and struggled for their ideals. They are all builders of New China, pioneers in the cause of persons with disabilities, and loyal practitioners of humanitarianism. They have come together with the cause, and the cause is what it is today because of them. Although these veteran comrades have been away from their jobs for many years, they still have no regrets and no regrets. They continue to pay attention to the development of their careers and hope that their disabled brothers and sisters can enter a well-off society as soon as possible. This unforgettable feeling is a valuable asset left to young disabled workers. ?Comrade Park Fang said emotionally on many different occasions that from now on it will be up to you to carry on this cause. This sentence is meant for everyone.
I think that the young comrades present here, including the entire Disabled Persons’ Federation system, may not necessarily end up in one place. You may also go to new positions and new fields in the future. Talents are mobile, but there are First, the China Disabled Persons' Federation is indeed a place where training and growth are rare. Our Youth League Committee has done a very good job. It can unite everyone, has charisma, and has an innovative spirit. There are more than 1,300 young people under the age of 45 in our directly affiliated units, accounting for 55% of the total number of people in the system, including nearly 600 members of the *** Youth League. This team is full of energy and hard work and is the hope for the future of our cause for people with disabilities. ;
