Ceramic mud

Nano-ceramic mud is also called new plastic steel mud (non-moldy glass glue) and liquid ceramics. After curing, it is as strong as porcelain, waterproof and mildew-proof for life, with high adhesion and tough structural strength. It is suitable for bonding various materials in bathrooms and kitchens in any environment, and is waterproof and mildew-proof. Step 1: Brick joint treatment: joint can be filled or not. If the caulking material is completely dry, ceramic slurry construction can be carried out, and the joint depth is at least about 3 mm

Step two. Cleaning treatment: Before using the ceramic mud, use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dust in the gap of the ceramic tile, wipe both sides of the gap of the ceramic tile with a towel to remove the dust, oil stains and other pollutants, and at the same time use a cleaning shovel to remove the pollutants on the surface of the ceramic tile.

Step three. Masked paper: Masked paper should be pasted on both sides of the gap. In order to ensure the effect of crossing, it is suggested that the construction of horizontal and vertical lines should be carried out 24 hours apart. Both sides of the textured paper are cut neatly without burrs, the width is not less than 2CM, and the adhesion is good, but there can be no glue residue.

Step four. Sewing: select the ceramic mud of the required color, install a special mixing tube and install a special high-quality labor-saving glue gun. When sewing, the mixing tube should be perpendicular to the surface of the ceramic tile as far as possible, so that the real porcelain glue can fill the gap evenly, grasp the strength and frequency, and let the porcelain mud flow evenly. The suitable temperature is 5-38 degrees.

Step five. Joint pressing and scraping: If you want to make the surface of the solidified ceramic mud have a moderate cambered surface of each pot, you can use special joint pressing steel balls to forcibly pull it from one end to the other along the brick joint and keep the force uniform.

If you want the solidified porcelain clay to be as level as possible with the surface of the tile, you can use a scraper or a soft rubber plate to pull it from one end to the other along the seam of the tile, so as to keep the force even and not deviate from the textured paper to prevent the surface of the tile from being polluted.

Step six. Cleaning and finishing: If the textured paper process is adopted, let it stand for 5- 10 minutes, tear off the textured paper, remove the surrounding ceramic mud and wipe off the remaining stains.

Step 7: finished product protection: room temperature below 25 degrees, surface drying for 3 hours, strength use for 24 hours, and natural curing for 7 days. Avoid pollution, rain, water rush and walking on the ground within 24 hours after sewing.
