Why doesn't the restaurant let customers into the kitchen?

I think the reasons why restaurants don't let customers into the kitchen are as follows:

1, there are many departments in the kitchen, such as hot dishes, cutting, cold dishes, snacks, slaughtering and so on. It's very cruel to slaughter living animals in particular. Most people feel dizzy at the sight of blood, so this is for your safety.
