Don't despise any kind of music style, because every kind of music has something to learn. A rhythm, a harmony, and a solo bar may all be worth learning and studying. Even the most vulgar song, do you understand harmonic progression in it? Do you understand some solo and harmony arrangements? Exposure to one more style is equivalent to opening a new road. The road is wider, so it's easier to walk. Don't let your path get narrower and narrower. Be a person with strong brains and fingers. Second: Practice Skills Practice: Foreword: A lot of practice is the most needed and important thing for our guitarists. Only through a lot of practice can we constantly improve our skills. But whenever I do any exercise, I must clearly understand one thing, that is, what this exercise is for, what aspects I have improved, and how I should practice. Practice: (quote my previous article) As we all know, technology needs constant practice, and practice the timbre that needs to be practiced. Note: this is absolutely different from the timbre used for playing! As we all know, the timbre of practicing piano must be clean. Let's start practicing. Wash your hands with warm water first, which is very beneficial to practice! It is important that the following exercises must be carried out continuously, and the rest time should not exceed 10 minutes. First: the original sound (about two hours a day) (note: you don't need an effector when practicing) directly enters the speaker. Equalization setting: the treble is prominent, the midrange is average, and the bass is tiny. Use a pickup at the bridge and turn the volume up to half. Note: No matter what practice, the plucker should be parallel to the strings, and the plucker should be strong and stable. It is best to move your wrist with your fingers and press the finger holding the pick hard. The tip of the pick should be in the same direction as the fingertip of your right hand. No mistakes, accurate rhythm. The practice of original sound can give you very solid basic skills and strength. And you can show your shortcomings and problems without reservation. Second: Distortion (about two hours a day) should be moderate, (Distortion less than 60) Balance setting: normal treble, full midrange and slight bass. Use the pickup on the bridge and turn the volume up to half. Note: excessive distortion will make your performance unreal, and some notes may not be played by you. And high distortion will give you the illusion that you don't know where your shortcomings are! The first half of the exercise (one and a half hours): After the original sound is connected, use the distortion exercise to consolidate the original sound. The distortion at half volume will quickly improve your strength and graininess. Let your left and right hands coordinate as much as possible. The practice points are the same as the original sound! The second half of the exercise (half an hour): Turn on the volume. This is the most important part. At this time, you can turn off the metronome and use your own ideas freely. Remember one thing: at this time, you are omnipotent, and you can play whatever you want. Haha, you see, the problem is coming out. You will find that your performance is unclean, the strength and graininess are unstable, the timing of plucking the strings is not good, and the left and right hands are not harmonious. Haha, don't worry, remember these questions and go back to the original sound practice to improve! Harmony Practice: Foreword: Therefore, music cannot be separated from harmony. Let alone the progress of harmony. Those are included in the study of music theory. The following are specific methods of harmony practice. Harmony practice: Many friends who play the piano ignore this very important practice. When we first started to learn piano, the first thing we learned was harmony, which shows its importance. At present, most of my friends are still in the triad stage, and they can't press anything other than the triad, leaving a great hidden danger for themselves. It is very unfavorable for future practice and development. I can practice harmony in three parts, either alone or together. 1: Finger exercise: You should clearly remember the strokes and fingering of those harmonies, not only the bass position, but also all the positions of the same harmony, and you should be able to switch different positions of different harmonies skillfully. 2. Brain exercise: When you remember each harmony method, you should understand its attributes and colors. It is very important to know which sounds are in this harmony and what the intervals between these sounds are. It is very important to remember the constituent sounds of harmony well. 3. Ear practice: Remember how to press your finger. Your mind knows what sound it makes, so remember its color by ear. Every time you practice a harmony, you should not only practice the above two points well, but also remember its sound and color with your ears and try to "listen blindly", which is very beneficial to the later arrangement and selection. Applying some learned harmony series and scales to creation and improvisation, it is meaningful to learn music theory only through continuous practice, otherwise it is futile ~ ~ Fourth, improvisation is a powerful stage to test the comprehensive quality of a guitarist. If you want to improvise well, you must master the scale and harmony of a mode skillfully, which requires comprehensive quality. Let me talk about some personal experiences. Impromptu accompaniment is usually made by yourself, and you don't need to listen to it on the spot. If several people play together, the music is predetermined in advance, with some commonly used condoms. There are many commonly used harmony series, such as ordinary 1645, 6 156, Bruce's 12, jazz's 25 1 and so on. What I emphasize is improvising chapters. Let me give you a simple example. If you can't remember the section in improvisation, you will be in a mess. Why do some people improvise particularly well, while others are just plain? Because people who improvise can remember the section very clearly. As the saying goes, this man has a clear mind when playing the piano. He knows which bar he is in now, what harmony this bar is and what harmony the next bar is. Then improvise according to the harmonic series.
