Road construction is one of the important contents of this year's assistance work in villages. When it comes to building roads, the people are very happy and the enthusiasm of the village is very high. Some roads have been hardened in KongHan Zhuang Village, but some sections have not been repaired, making it difficult for villagers to travel. After investigation, it was found that some sections were not repaired because they involved demolition. For example, the connecting section between Central Street and East Outer Ring Road is a main street in the village. If you want to repair this section of road, it involves the demolition of three houses. According to the original compensation standard in the village: the demolition of each main house compensates 1 yuan, 5 yuan, 3 yuan, and the work of the relocated households has been impossible; According to the compensation standard for demolition in the market, I'm afraid the help funds given by the province are not even enough for demolition compensation. Considering the actual situation of social development, the joint meeting of the teams of the two village committees and the resident working group proposed to adjust the compensation standards for the demolition of village houses in KongHan Zhuang Village: 2, yuan/room for the main house, 1 yuan/room for the partial house and 6 yuan/room for the gatehouse. April 1th

How to deal with the garbage in the village is a problem that I have always considered since I arrived in the village. There are about 65 private houses in KongHan Zhuang Village. The main street in the village is 7 horizontal and 9 vertical, with one east-west ring road outside, and the Yangkong line runs through the south of the village. At present, there are no garbage storage facilities in the village, and domestic garbage is scattered on both sides of the road, in front of the house and behind the house, and it is everywhere when the wind blows, especially in summer when domestic garbage rots and deteriorates, which greatly affects the village appearance and the quality of life of residents.

Two days ago, we visited several villages with better garbage disposal, such as Dongjiu Nuhe, Doujiazhuang, Gaokou, Han Zhuangzi, Juedaozhuang, Tangjiayao and Gengguantun, with members of the village "two committees". The investigation found that the problem of rural garbage disposal is widespread at present, and there is no once-and-for-all solution. The better way is to plan special garbage storage points or build new houses to solve it, but the key point is to assign special personnel to clean it every day.

Today, the joint meeting of the village "two committees" team and the resident working group studied and formulated the garbage disposal plan: 1 garbage pools were built, which were distributed on both sides of the Yangkong line crossing the village and where the garbage was dumped in the village; Buy 15 garbage bins, configure them according to one for every four households, and put them in places convenient for dumping garbage on both sides of the street; Select five cleaners to collect and clean the domestic garbage in each garbage bin and garbage pool every day; A garbage storage site will be built at the north end of the village for centralized storage of garbage in the village.

At the beginning of coming to the village, I felt that the office space of Kong Han Zhuang Village Committee was dilapidated, the walls and floors were seriously damaged, the office supplies could not be used, and the functional division was unreasonable. After communicating with the two committees of the village, it was decided to renovate the village Committee and build a cultural activity square at the same time.

There are 1 main rooms in the office space of Kong Han Zhuang Village Committee, with 3 garages on the east and 5 wing rooms on the west. In the main room, the duty room and broadcasting room occupy 1 room, the village committee office occupies 1 room, the village committee meeting room occupies 2 rooms, the rural book room occupies 2 rooms, the telephone exchange equipment occupies 1 room, and the remaining 3 rooms are filled with sundries. In the east garage, there is one village committee van, one bulldozer and one spare room. One wing on the west side is rented to a barber shop, one is rented to an electrical repair shop, and the other three are filled with sundries. The square in the village Committee's courtyard covers an area of about 1 square meters, with a broadcast antenna, a transformer and some sundries. The yard is overgrown with weeds, the items are placed in confusion and the ground is uneven.

In order to solve this problem, members of our working group and village committee leaders visited several village committees, such as Dongjiu Nvhe and Doujiazhuang, which all have good office space and cultural activities. According to the investigation and the actual situation in the village, we discussed with the village committee and put forward the following reconstruction plan: renovating the main residence of the village committee, including: brushing the wall with flour, renovating the ground, adding office equipment, etc. Build 2 warehouses and 1 public toilet on the east side; Demolition of the west wing; Updating the village broadcasting system; Level and harden the courtyard of the village Committee and build a cultural activity square. ;
