Tell me about your work confusion and choice?

I am 26 years old and have worked in a company for five years. Because the company was relatively small when I first came, I was the ninth employee of the company, so I grew up with the company. During these five years, I have worked as a warehouse manager, cashier, channel salesman in villages and towns, head of sales department, head of functional departments, and also worked as an assistant and driver for my boss. Now the company has more than 100 people. Recently, the company adjusted and transferred me to a sales position. I've already done it. So I offered to resign, and the boss didn't agree. I am puzzled, because I think my personality is not suitable for sales. Although my previous sales experience was not bad, I knew it was because there was no one in the company, and I really didn't want to be a sales position.
