What does the Ministry of Tourism do internally?

1, aged 25-40, regardless of sex. Major in tourism management, bachelor degree or above; Good health and good looks;

2. Standard Mandarin, strong affinity, gentle personality and strong execution. Be able to answer customers' inquiries patiently and meticulously, and handle all kinds of unexpected problems independently;

3. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to work under pressure and teamwork ability;

4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong writing and language expression skills; Good official document writing and management skills;

5. Be able to skillfully use common office software and design software, such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PHOTOSHOP, etc.

6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English-related professional background is preferred; 1 year or above working experience in tourism industry is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for online consultation of customers, patiently guiding customers and recommending suitable tourist routes;

2. Responsible for the registration and filing of basic customer information and travel needs;

3. Handle and follow up the submitted orders in time;

4, responsible for the reception of the visit. Handle customer complaints, feedback, etc.

5. Call back to major customers on a regular basis to continuously improve customer satisfaction;

4. Be responsible for sending and receiving the company's travel documents, letters and telegrams;

5. Responsible for the drafting of the company's tourism daily operation (scheme) documents and the design and production of tourism publicity materials;

6. Be responsible for the translation of English materials of the company.
