After the soybean milk is boiled and cooled slightly, add a certain concentration of salt water or gypsum water and stir quickly. When flocs are produced in pulp juice, plate-like objects can be used, such as steamer partitions, thin wooden boards, bamboo curtains, etc. Used to press all generated flocs into a whole block. After a few minutes, the soybean milk in the pot solidified and layered, the upper layer was a clear pale yellow liquid, and the lower layer was a white block condensate. This condensate is loose and porous inside, and it is clamped with chopsticks.
