20 15 thinking of activists joining the party: the obligation and right to learn from party member.

Dear Party Organization:

The first and second party classes are taught by Secretary Chen xx of xx Institute of Technology and Teacher Xian xx of School of Politics and Administration respectively. Secretary Chen xx told us about the course of Party members' obligations and rights, and Teacher Xian told us about the party's organizational principles and discipline. Let's talk about my understanding of these two courses and some gains!

Living in a citizen country, everyone has his corresponding rights and obligations. In a harmonious society, there is no obligation without rights. Of course, there is no right without obligations. Man is the unity of rights and obligations. Party member also has his special rights and obligations. Party member's rights, like a perfect system, are slowly explored, formed and evolved. The establishment of the rights of defense, participation, knowing, training, expressing opinions, making suggestions, criticizing, supervising, voting, being elected, reserving opinions, appealing and seeking help from organizations has ensured the legitimate rights and interests of party member. Of course, while enjoying the rights, party member, as an advanced element, should fulfill its obligations and strive for a better position to serve the people. As an adult and a college student, you should know your rights and obligations and put them into action. As a college student who wants to join the Party, he should not only learn science and culture well, but also deeply understand party member's rights and obligations. Now some people in society are aware of their rights as party member and use it as an excuse to seek personal gain, but they don't know that they have heavy obligations on their shoulders! These are not the performances of a qualified party member!

In addition, the topics of inner-party democracy and people's democracy are also very attractive. Democracy has always been a public concern. Although democracy is developing continuously in China, there are still some shortcomings, especially compared with foreign countries or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Newspapers and TV programs always "expose" undemocratic things, which makes people very angry and emotional. How can democracy (whether it is inner-party democracy or people's democracy) be guaranteed? The rule of law is the key. Democracy is not absolute freedom, not unconditional, but freedom under the rule of law. Otherwise, "democracy without the rule of law can't be guaranteed, it will become a fake democracy, or it will become a' *'-style mob politics."

The second party class is about the party's organizational principles and discipline. Every political party will have its own organizational principles and disciplines to regulate party member's thoughts and actions. This is the code of conduct that all Party organizations at all levels and all party member must abide by. Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle and system of China's * * * production party, and it is "the combination of centralization on the basis of democracy and democracy under centralized guidance". Personally, this is a decision that can stand the test and practice in China with a large population. After all, "a thousand people have a thousand Hamlets in their hearts", people may have many opinions on a problem, and the final decision can only be one. Under the rule of law, the decision made by combining the interests of the majority should be the most appropriate. In addition to discipline, a class, an enterprise, a collective and even society must have their own discipline. Only when all members abide by the correct discipline can this group proceed in an orderly manner. In fact, it is not only the activists who join the Party who want to strengthen the concept of discipline and the rule of law, but every citizen in contemporary society is duty-bound. Strengthening these concepts can not only safeguard their legitimate rights, but also contribute to social construction! Don't say that society has nothing to do with you, because everyone can't live without society!

I believe that the gains of these understandings are only the tip of the iceberg for all party schools to learn. I am willing to learn more about the intellectual wealth of the advanced political party, the China Producer Party, and be strict with myself in combination with my own practice!
