My thoughts after writing this book are not about celebrities or historical changes, but about some ancient punishments.
The specific punishment was first promulgated when Zhuan Xu was in power among the Five Emperors, and it has been about 5,000 years. After the punishment began, the feudal society began, but the official position system has not been clear.
In the Xia dynasty, because of the polarization between the rich and the poor, crime followed. Dayu established various official positions, strengthened punishment, formulated taxes and established the first slavery dynasty. When the Xia Dynasty spread to the 19th-generation kings, there were two kinds of punishments: "dismembering five horses" and "branding". "Dismantling five horses", as its name implies, is to pull people into five horses. "Branding" means that people walk on a red-hot pipe and finally fall into the furnace below to be burned alive.
In the Qin dynasty, the "cooking punishment" was added: once someone dared to deceive the upper and lower, they were put in a big vat, filled with water and boiled to death.
In the Han Dynasty, Lv Hou cut off people's limbs, gouged out people's eyes, cut off people's noses and ears, gave people dumb medicine, and finally threw it into a pigsty. Dou Taihou also punished the Confucian scholars who were officials for beating wild boar with their bare hands, and nine times out of ten they went to die.
According to the laws of the Ming dynasty, one or two people who are greedy for money may be skinned and hung at the entrance of the yamen.
……
The punishment of each dynasty is different, but today, it is full of blood and cruelty. It seems that you should be a good citizen who always abides by the law.
Reflections on the Up and Down Five Thousand Years
-open the emperor's article
Today we will talk about the founding emperors of various dynasties.
First of all, let's talk about Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang. Speaking of Liu Bang, he was just a civilian, but he became a curator with the help of the county magistrate Xiao He. On one occasion, he was ordered to escort a group of prisoners to hard labor. On the way, Liu bang bravely released all the prisoners, and more than a dozen of them stayed with him. Suddenly, a white python appeared. He cut it in two with his sword and sacrificed to heaven for the uprising. After he entered the city, he made a pact with the people in three chapters: killing people for life, injuring people and committing crimes, and severely punishing theft. At this time, another army led by Xiang Yu drove to Hong Men next to Xianyang, invited him to dinner, and wanted to kill Liu Bang. With the help of Chen Ping and Fan Kuai, Liu Bang escaped. Finally, Xiang Yu ended his life in the predicament of being besieged on all sides. Liu bang proclaimed himself emperor.
Besides, Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong, was familiar with the art of war since he was a child. In his middle age, he helped Yang Di retreat from the Turks with 2,000 soldiers and horses, which made him famous in the ruling and opposition circles. Later, his father, Li Yuan, rose up against the Sui Dynasty. Dozens of rebels surrounded Chang 'an at this time, and Emperor Yang Di was killed in the civil strife. At the same time, Tang gaozu's rebels first attacked the city and occupied the ancient capital Chang 'an. And Li Shimin. Wei Chijingde, Xu Shiqi (Li Shiqi), Qin Qiong, Luo Cheng, Chen Yaojin and other well-known stars have been soothed. After the reunification of the Central Plains, Li, his elder brother, and Li Yuanji, his younger brother, have been trying to harm him and his subordinates. Finally, Li Shimin, who had recovered from poisoning, couldn't bear it, and called all the soldiers to discuss the counter-attack. The next day, Li and Li Yuanji were stopped by him as soon as they entered the Xuanwu Gate. Li and Li Yuanji pulled a bow. However, before the arrow went out, Wei Chijingde and 70 elite fighters were killed. This is the "Xuanwu Gate Incident" that shocked the ruling and opposition parties. Later, under his own influence, Tang gaozu gave way to Li Shimin.
Song Taizong Zhao Kuangyin also said: He likes playing with swords and guns since he was a child. At the age of 23, he divined: Is it unlucky to be a soldier, a county magistrate, a satrap and a prime minister? At this time, Zhao Kuangyin, who was furious, made a final guess: Is it lucky to be an emperor? At this time, he was overjoyed and decided to take refuge in the very powerful rebel army in Guo Wei at that time and become a small leader. Soon, he was promoted to a general with superb martial arts. Later, the rebel army disbanded and he rebelled in Chen Qiao. In less than ten years, he unified the Central Plains.
Flower season and rainy season, Yu Xiu.

She is accepting the call of the sun and obeying the charming temptation of this mountain. She felt ashamed in front of this mountain. She was ashamed of her indecision when she joined the League in Wang Xiaotian. When did this evil wind blow on her? The embrace of the mountain is so vast, the sun is so brilliant and the sky is so vast. These are very common things, but there are not many times when you can really feel the interest between heaven and earth. Why bother about some stumbling? You should have the demeanor of "an upright man", learn to despise and tolerate, so that those who readily understand this point are not so much congenial to Wang Xiaotian when he was involved in the wild, but rather a kind of growth after trekking and an inspiration from the mountains.

After graduating from the third grade, Xin Ran could have been sent directly to No.9 Middle School and High School. Because she didn't have a Shenzhen hukou, the school hesitated, happily saw the school's concerns and offered to give up. She doesn't want to live under the strange eyes of others. In the senior high school entrance examination volunteer list, she only wrote down one middle school "No.9 Middle School". The first choice is No.9 Middle School, the second choice is No.9 Middle School, and the third choice is No.9 Middle School. Even students like Chen Ming dare not be so bold. Teacher Lan looked at this volunteer form and looked at the expressionless face, knowing that she was desperate and could not bear to say anything more. Xie knows that if she can't get into No.9 Middle School, she will either drop out of school, be a high-priced student or go back to the mainland. She is betting on her future.
All birds yearn for the world around them, but not all birds can live happily in the outside world
Because it's people, not others.
No one is born free and easy, but they always feel relaxed after crying.
Who can fly?
birds can fly
Birds, how do birds fly?
Fly like this
Spread your wings and fly all over the sky
cabbage caterpillar
Cabbage is almost the oldest of all our vegetables, and we know that people have been eating it since ancient times. In fact, it has existed on the earth for a long time before humans began to eat it, so we really can't know when it appeared, when humans first planted them, and what methods were used. Botanists tell us that it was originally a wild plant with long stems and small leaves that grew on coastal cliffs. History is unwilling to spend more ink on the record of such a trivial matter. It praises the battlefield that took thousands of lives, and it feels that the land that keeps human beings alive has no research value. It lists the hobbies and quirks of kings in detail, but it can't tell us the origin of wheat! I hope that the historical records in the future will change their style.
It is a pity that we know little about cabbage. This is really a very valuable thing. Because it has many interesting stories. Not only humans, but also other animals are inextricably linked with it. Among them, there is a common caterpillar of white butterfly, which grows on cabbage. They eat Chinese cabbage skin and all plant leaves similar to Chinese cabbage, such as cauliflower, Chinese cabbage bud, kohlrabi and Swedish radish. It seems that they are born with this dependence.
They also eat other plants like cabbage. They all belong to Cruciferae-botanists call them that because their flowers have four petals arranged in a cross. White butterflies usually lay their eggs only on this plant. But how do they know it's a cruciferous plant? They haven't studied botany. This is a mystery. I have studied plants and flowers for more than 50 years, but if I have to judge whether a plant without flowers belongs to Cruciferae, I can only look it up in books. Now I don't have to look it up from book to book. I will judge by the mark left by the white butterfly-I trust it very much.
White butterflies mature twice a year. Once in April and May and once in October, this is the time when our cabbage is ripe. The calendar of the white butterfly is exactly the same as the gardener's calendar. When we have cabbage to eat, white butterflies will come out soon.
The eggs of white butterflies are light orange. They gather together, sometimes on the sunny side of leaves, and sometimes on the sunny side of leaves. About a week later, the egg becomes a caterpillar, and the first thing the caterpillar does when it comes out is to eat the eggshell. I have seen larvae eat eggshells by themselves more than once, and I don't know what this means. My guess is this: the leaves of cabbage are slippery with wax. In order not to slip when walking, it must get some filaments to entangle its feet, and to make silk, it needs a special food. So it has to eat eggshells, because it is a substance with similar properties to silk. In the stomach of this newborn bug, it can be easily converted into the silk needed by the bug.
Soon, the bugs will taste the green plants. The disaster of cabbage also began. How good their appetites are! I picked a handful of leaves from the largest cabbage and fed them to a group of larvae raised in my laboratory, but after two hours, there was nothing left except the thick vein in the center of the leaves. At this rate, the cabbage will be eaten up in a few days.
These greedy little caterpillars do nothing but stretch their arms and move their legs occasionally. They only eat. When several caterpillars eat leaves side by side, you can sometimes see their heads raised and lowered together. It was repeated over and over again, and the movements were very neat, as if Prussian soldiers were practicing. I don't know what this action means. Does it mean that they have the ability to fight when necessary, or that they are happy to eat food in the sun? In short, this is the only exercise before they become extremely obese caterpillars.
After eating for a whole month, they were finally full. So I began to climb in all directions. When climbing, I lifted my predecessor, which looked like exploring in the air. It seems to be doing stretching exercises to help digestion and absorption. Now that the climate is getting cold, I put my caterpillar guests in the greenhouse and left the door of the greenhouse open. However, to my surprise, one day I found that all these caterpillars were gone.
Later, I found them at the foot of the wall near here. It is almost 30 yards away from the greenhouse. They all live under the eaves and can live there in winter. Pieris rapae is very strong and should not be very afraid of cold.
It is here that they cocoon and become pupae. Next spring, moths will fly out from here.
We may find it interesting to listen to the story of Pieris rapae. But if we let it multiply, we will soon have no cabbage to eat. So when we heard that an insect preys on caterpillars, we didn't regret it. Because it can prevent them from reproducing too fast. If Pieris rapae is our enemy, then the enemy of cabbage is our friend. But they are so small that they like to work in obscurity that gardeners not only don't know, but even have never heard of them. Even if he happened to see it wandering around the plants it protected, he would never pay attention to it, let alone think that it would make such a great contribution to himself.
Now I'm going to give these short people some rewards they deserve.
Because it is small, scientists call it "little dwarf", so I call it that. I really don't know what better name it has.
How does it work? Let's have a look. In spring, if we go to the garden, we can definitely see many yellow cocoons on the hay at the foot of the wall or fence. They gather in piles, and each pile is as big as a hazelnut. There is a caterpillar beside each pile, sometimes dead, and most of them look incomplete. These cocoons are the fruits of the work of "dwarfs". They grew up eating poor caterpillars, and the remains of those caterpillars were stripped off by "little dwarfs"
This "little dwarf" is smaller than a larva. When the cabbage caterpillar lays orange eggs on vegetables, the "little dwarf" moth immediately leaves in a hurry and lays eggs on the surface of the egg membrane of the cabbage caterpillar with the help of its hard steel velvet. In the egg of a caterpillar, there are often several "little dwarfs" who run to lay eggs. According to the size of their eggs, a caterpillar is almost equivalent to 65 "little dwarfs".
When the caterpillar grows up, it seems that it doesn't feel pain. It eats vegetable leaves as usual, travels as usual, and finds a suitable place to cocoon. It can even work, but it looks very weak, very weak, often listless, gradually wasting away, and finally, finally died. Of course, there are so many "little dwarfs" sucking blood on it! The caterpillar lived dutifully until the "little dwarf" in the body was ready to come out. After they came out of the caterpillar's body, they began to weave cocoons, and finally, they became moths and broke out of cocoons.
Comments: This is Fabres's masterpiece. Through his careful observation and tireless exploration, he described the history, food, growth and development process, living habits and different jobs in different seasons with exquisite writing, and described this ancient biota that feeds on Chinese cabbage incisively and vividly, which made modern readers refreshing and concise, and made people have a clear and profound understanding of this species, and benefited a lot after reading it.
Reading Notes-Andersen's Fairy Tales
I like fairy tales not because I miss my childhood. In fact, I have never liked Andersen's fairy tales except for a few chapters. In my impression, fairy tales are beautiful and pure, such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. However, things you don't like sometimes affect people's thoughts more. Sometimes in retrospect, I feel very surprised. I can't measure how important she inspired me in the process of establishing my outlook on life and aesthetics, and can even be compared with martial arts and scientific works. In the five years when my dream was above everything else, Andersen's fairy tales-not Grimm's fairy tales-accompanied me through the night when I refused to sleep since the second grade of primary school.
So far, I have only seen a set of Andersen's fairy tales, which were published long ago. Now I can't read the perfect color map in hardcover edition. It should be said that Andersen's fairy tales have never given me a good feeling, perhaps because of the obscurity of traditional Chinese characters, or the lines of pencil illustrations, or the cold and hard fonts imitating the Song Dynasty, perhaps because of the story itself. I never thought Andersen's fairy tales were fairy tales. The profound real life and tactfully expressed meanings in those stories often made me shudder-maybe I just thought too much. But in any case, the feeling of reading those stories, whether with dreamlike confusion or with disgust panic, is always unforgettable.
Review my impression of Andersen's fairy tales from the famous Daughter of the Sea.
Daughter of the Sea is a story that I often imagine repeatedly in my fantasy, that is, daydreaming. Perhaps it is from this story that I vaguely understand the spirit of sacrifice of love. Because I love you, I dare to do anything that seems impossible, to endure the pain that seems unbearable, and to experience the suffering outside hell. This concept was strengthened in another fairy tale later-about the spirit of family sacrifice-the story of Princess Swan and 1 1 brothers weaving clothes with nettles collected in the midnight cemetery. Sacrifice is a deep-rooted great sentiment in my heart. It contains infinite amplification of giving and infinite narrowing of taking, always like a distant lamp, attracting me forward. I don't like the word altruism. It has a strong purpose, but sacrifice has an empty spirituality, unpredictable, sacred and clean. )
As the first memorable reading note, I chose Andersen.
I have a special love and nostalgia for the name of this well-known fairy tale king.
My childhood was very lonely, and I spent it among books.
As long as my parents leave me in the library, I can go to work with confidence.
I am also used to not talking to anyone every holiday, just reading books.
Looks like a wonderful childhood, doesn't it?
If it weren't for my limited memory,
Maybe I have become a talented writer now.
In the past, with the hourglass, memories gradually lost.
I can't remember most of the words,
But what I have never forgotten is that,
Is to curl up on grandma's sofa and watch Andersen's Selected Fairy Tales.
The version of Andersen 1994 published by Shanghai Translation Publishing House cannot be said to be a book suitable for children.
The words are very small, each paragraph is very long, and the prints and illustrations are surprisingly serious and scary.
But what is rare and valuable is that the articles in it have not been simplified, and Andersen's original works have been carefully translated.
Of course, this also increases the difficulty of reading.
I am reading an ancient document, not a fairy tale.
But I was fascinated by this mysterious and obscure atmosphere.
I may be the only child in the world who thinks Daughter of the Sea is a horror story.
The cold bottom of the sea and the beautiful princess with dark hair in the illustration seem to herald a tragic ending;
I am probably the only child of a girl who likes to step on bread.
What I like is the ending of the story: Inge stepped on the bread and turned into a seagull, flying to the sun, white and shining.
Since then, I don't know why, I often see a white bird flying to the sun.
It is so firm and regretless, that kind of beautiful fantasy always makes me cry.
This Andersen has been with me for 12 years. Although the inner page has turned yellow and worn,
But every story has a delicate picture in my mind.
The shadow of the reflection on the white clouds in Wild Swan,
In dairy queen, the snow palace illuminated by the aurora,
The beautiful scenery of heaven seen from the clouds in the last dream of the old tree ... is neatly listed in my heart and can be taken out for appreciation at any time.
Now, I am no longer a child who can only read, and occasionally I write some boring things by myself.
I've always wanted to write those beautiful pictures in my heart,
But they are like a mirage garden of fairy Morgana, and no matter how hard they try, they can't get close.
Later, I learned that the picture in my mind is where my dreams and imagination began, not where I should have arrived.
Andersen will always be the starting point of my reading and writing, not the end point.
When I opened Andersen's fairy tales, I was deeply attracted by the wonderful stories in the book. Among them, the article Ugly Duckling impressed me the most.
The ugly duckling was originally a swan egg that was forgotten under the burdock and hatched into a duck egg by a mother duck. As soon as he was born into this world, he was pecked everywhere, squeezed out and laughed at because of his ugliness, and became the object of ridicule by all chickens and ducks. It got worse every day. Everyone wants to get rid of the poor duckling, even his own brothers and sisters and even the mother duck began to hate the ugly duckling. The duck bit him, the chicken pecked him, and the maid who fed the chicken kicked him. Finally, he couldn't stand such days and left the chicken farm. But the outside world didn't make the ugly duckling happy. He was once again laughed at by wild ducks, embarrassed by the old hen and the male cat, caught by the hostess with a poker, almost killed by hunters, almost eaten by wild dogs, and starved, all of which became part of the ugly duckling's childhood experience.
In the face of suffering, the ugly duckling did not despair or sink, but struggled indomitable all the time, all because he had a lofty ideal in his heart. It was this ideal that made him overcome all kinds of difficulties and finally turned into a beautiful and noble white swan.
This story has a happy ending. I am not only happy that the ugly duckling has turned into a white swan, but also deeply moved by his perseverance, full of hope, perseverance and efforts to pursue happiness and freedom.
Reflections on the stars in the spring water
This is the first modern poem that I have read completely, and it is also the first time that I have read Bing Xin's works, and it is the first time that I have read this touching masterpiece "Spring among the Stars". After reading it, I suddenly felt a feeling I had never felt before.
This article was written by Bing Xin, a famous writer in China. I have heard of his name since I was a child. When I was a child, my family told me the story of grandma Bing Xin every day, but I never had a chance to see her works. At that time, I only knew what ancient poetry was, and I didn't know the difference between the rhythm of modern poetry and ancient poetry. Once, I came across the article "Stars in Spring Water" and realized that modern poetry is more vivid, catchy and interesting than ancient poetry. Unconsciously, I fell in love with modern poetry. If you don't believe me, listen to me about the article "Spring Water Stars"!
Let's take a look at this passage first: the stars are twinkling-how can we hear their conversation in the dark blue sky?
In silence, in the twilight, they deeply praised each other. In just a few words, it outlines a beautiful, aesthetical, natural and harmonious picture. Moreover, the author's imagination is so magical and wonderful that the stars without feelings in the ice Leng Ye sky can still praise each other, and the author expresses his pursuit of "human love" very implicitly. You can see such a short poem and embody such a great spirit. I think grandma Bing Xin must have been very careful when she wrote it. It's nothing. Look at these words again:
Mom! The wind and rain came, and the birds hid in the nest;
The storm in my heart is coming, so I can only hide in your arms. A few words praised the noblest and most selfless maternal love. She enthusiastically praised maternal love. I expressed my heartfelt thanks to my mother. The whole association is natural and gentle to read.
In Spring Water, there is a passage that I can't forget for a long time. "Spring says to the youth from the green grass:' My light is on you, creating your living personality from the cold environment!' The poet tells people with personification that the dawn of revolutionary victory has come, and people should warmly welcome a better life in the future and create their own brilliant life. This is also a portrayal of the poet's revolutionary optimism and enthusiasm.
In a word, I think grandma Bing Xin's poems are shining stars in the vast night sky, small flowers scattered on the forgotten banks of the river, and they always exude refreshing fragrance.
The work "Springs of Stars" gave me a great whistle. She told me about the pursuit of love, the greatness of maternal love, and that I should be optimistic about life ... which touched my great spirit and kindness.
The book Spring with Stars is my first contact. I am used to reading the vernacular. Reading poetry at once is a bit uncomfortable, but it has a different taste.
When I opened the book, the first introduction attracted me. When it comes to how Bing Xin wrote poetry, from childhood to adulthood, it fully embodies Bing Xin's talent in writing.
Her poems are mainly famous for maternal love, innocence and nature. From "Stars", "Childhood is the truth in dreams, the dream in reality, and the tearful smile when recalling." It is conceivable that Bing Xin's childhood was full of dreams and childish fantasies. "Little brother, ... a child in the depths of the soul." It also explains the indescribable deep friendship between Bing Xin and his brothers and sisters. These are Bing Xin's childlike longing and happiness.
Later, she went abroad to study, which has been going for many years. She described her thoughts with a pen and was eager to go home early. She fantasized about meeting her mother and then going home. She is very happy. But once there is no fantasy, then she will become more lost and disappointed. How can you miss home when you leave your hometown and your beloved mother? "The waves in my hometown! The waves you splashed once pounded my rock bit by bit, and now they pounded my heartstrings bit by bit. " The waves kept beating on the shore, and I was indifferent, but once I left my hometown, every drop of waves touched a string that was about to break, a string that was homesick. Indeed, only mothers are good in the world, maternal love is the greatest and maternal love is the purest.
Bing Xin's short poems gave me thousands of feelings. There is no hypocrisy in her poems. They are true feelings from the heart, which can touch people's hearts and can be seen in Bing Xin's childhood fantasy. Her fantasy is so beautiful, so charming, so childlike. However, her deep maternal love and yearning for her mother are beyond our reach. Motherly love is so sacred that it is beyond the reach of any kind of love in the world. Bing Xin is synonymous with maternal love, and I understand maternal love through Bing Xin.
At this point, my heart is surging, and I can't calm down and express my feelings.
Reflections on Reading Star Spring Water
Books are the ladder of human progress. The secretary told the story of what happened in the world. I love everything in the world, and I love reading more.
Reading is good for us. During the winter vacation, the school organized us to read online. I read the book Spring in the Stars by Grandma Bing Xin, and I was deeply touched.
Bing Xin was originally named Xie Wanying, a native of Changle, Fujian. Born into an officer's family. His main works include Spring Water of Stars, Superman, For Young Readers, Ode to Cherry Blossoms, I'm Back, etc. ...
In Bing Xin's view, maternal love is boundless and great, which can be seen in the poet's past. This poem was written on a rainy day. She saw a big lotus leaf covered with a red lotus. Mother is the only reliable refuge in Bing Xin's life.
I don't know when I started, but I have a yearning for poetry in my heart. So, with a kind of idiocy peculiar to teenagers, this "fragmentary idea" was blocked. Suddenly, there is no doubt that Bing Xin is lucky as a school girl with some family background. The comfortable family life since childhood and the living environment influenced by literature for a long time make the words in Xing Chun Shui reveal the desire for an "ideal life": simple maternal love and naive childlike interest, and turn them into bits and pieces of poetry with wonderful nature. There is no flowery rhetoric, no delicate creation, and everything reveals the author's profound literary foundation from the nuances. "mom! Can you read the fragmentary articles? " These words, before, were hidden in your heart. "A large part of" Spring Stars "is about maternal love, and the harmonious colors are gradually followed, which makes Bing Xin always follow her mother's example. Ordinary maternal love makes Bing Xin feel that people are indeed "the only reliable refuge in life". Therefore, the praise of maternal love naturally becomes a major theme of poetry. If the praise of mother's love is a deep expression, then the praise of childhood is a monologue of another mood. After all, most of the works in Pure Water of the Stars were written by Bing Xin before he was twenty years old. At that time, it can't be said that I have completely divorced from my childhood dream, and a newly sprouted loftiness and confidence in new creatures will grow in the poem. After reading it, people know a lot about the weakness or tenacity of strangers. Therefore, I feel the vitality in truth. " I never call myself a poet ",perhaps this is one of the reasons why readers are not ashamed to let their thoughts reach new heights while enjoying the pleasure of literature."
Carrying the great liberation tiger bone wine to enliven as planned, I don't know when I have a yearning for poetry in my heart.
