Why did the newly picked gourd turn yellow?

Put the freshly picked gourd in a cool and ventilated place and play with it every day, it will turn yellow slowly. After drying for several months, if you think this method is slow, you can move it to a place with good light and let it accept the sunlight and turn yellow. You can also bake its surface in the oven or make its skin yellow. But when baking, you must use a small fire. Because if the fire is too big, it is easy to burn the gourd.

Precautions for drying gourd:
