First, in my career growth, I can't do without the platform built by my school. This platform has given me opportunities for development.

It was in 2002, and the third national junior middle school mathematics young teacher speech contest will be held at the end of the year. At the beginning of the year, selection began all over the country. I remember that at that time, in order to select teachers to participate in the competition in our school, President Guo led a listening group to listen to a round of young math teachers' classes. After that, I and five other teachers were selected to participate in the competition in the district at the same time. I couldn't believe my ears after receiving the notice to take part in the competition. I shouldn't be sent to participate in the competition, because I haven't been to Grade Three since I started working, and I haven't made any achievements. I am a nobody. Isn't it a waste of school places to send me to the competition? At that time, I had no confidence at all and was afraid of difficulties. Later, Mr. Zhao, then the monitor of the class, cheered me up and said that President Guo felt ok after listening to my class, so he sent me to participate in the competition. Don't let the school down. With the platform built by the school and the encouragement of the school leaders, what am I afraid of? So I made full preparations, participated in the preliminary competition in the district, won the first place, and got the ticket to participate in the municipal competition. I won the first place in the city competition and successfully entered the provincial competition. In order to participate in the provincial competition, the school did a lot of work for me. Many people revised the courseware and lecture notes with me. Teacher Zhao Zijie and Teacher Hu work overtime for me almost every day. At that time, President Guo said: Go as far as you can in this competition, and the school will send you wherever you go in the city, the province, the whole country and even the whole world. This sentence is still fresh in my memory and has always inspired me. Later, he won the first prize in Hebei Province and the second prize in China. After winning the prize, I thanked many people, but I know what I should thank most is the platform that the school built for me and gave me this opportunity. I can only work harder to repay the school. In 2003, with the help of the platform built by the school, I once again entered the field of subject research. At that time, the school undertook the topic of modern educational technology led by President Yang in Hebei Audio-visual Education Museum, and I participated in the research of this topic as the main researcher. Later, in 2006, this project won the second prize in Hebei Province. Now, in order to make young teachers grow up as soon as possible, the school carries out various activities to build a platform for teachers' growth. In my experience, I hope teachers can catch it.

Secondly, my growth is inseparable from the help of teachers.

I got a lot of teachers' help and guidance from the beginning of my work, and I got strong support from teachers in several key periods of my growth, which I will never forget. I can't forget that in the afternoon 12, Mr. Gao Yan was still under the desk lamp, and I revised my speech word by word. I can't forget that in the afternoon 12, Mr. Gao Huiping was still teaching me how to use the computer under the lamp. I can't forget that my first self-made courseware was made by Mr. Song Fenghua's lover. I can't forget Mr. Yin Cuiting leading me into the research field. I can't forget Mr. Wu listening to the same class over and over again. If you don't freeze, you can't smell plum blossoms. I am a slow-witted person. I do everything slowly and want to do everything well. Really suffered a lot. In the first few years of work, in addition to doing my own lessons well, I have to listen to several teachers' lessons every day. Every teacher who takes part in work earlier than himself is his own teacher, not listening to one class, but listening to several classes. These sufferings were later beautified by Hua Song. Recall that before I participated in the national speech contest at that time, I worked until one or two o'clock almost every night for more than a month, changed the courseware and lecture notes, and won the second prize in the country. Another time, I worked on the computer all night to write a final report on a topic. It was already dawn when I finished writing, so I hurried to school to wash and go to work. The harvest is that the project won the second prize in Hebei Province. Recently, I led the research group members to fight for a long time for the completion of a project. Finally, our project won the first prize in Hebei Province, and all the members of the research group were excited and happy from the heart. Too sweet. It's sweet when the daily traffic of the blog exceeds 100. A short message greeting from teachers' day students is sweet. The success of activities designed for students is sweet, and there are many, many more. This is the happiness that this profession brings us. No pains, no gains.

Finally, I want to talk about the work of our preparation group.

The work of our group embodies a sentence: everyone gathers firewood and the flame is high. Our preparation group is a big family. Let's make a contribution to this work and give some suggestions. Sometimes our office is quiet, that is, the teacher is burying his head in correcting homework, and sometimes it is noisy, that is, the teacher is arguing about problems, and sometimes it is laughter, which is the joy after solving problems. This is our team and the source of happiness and warmth in our work. A compliment, an encouraging look and a kind word all warm our hearts.
