Introduction of Yangquan nanshan park

The park makes full use of natural conditions, integrates the essence of ancient and modern gardening, and sets up parks such as children's paradise, recreation room and zoo. The towering Lingyun Pavilion, colorful fountains and rockery waterfalls in the park constitute nanshan park's unique mountain park style.

With a total area of 16.7 hectares, the park is a rare real mountain park in Shanxi Province and a comprehensive park in this city.

Nanshan park was built in 1958. Since 1962, nanshan park has adjusted the planning and construction of rockery, lotus pond, classical archway, flower bed, monkey mountain, children's amusement park and other scenic spots year by year. Yangquan Zoo was supplemented with lions, Siberian tigers, monkeys, peacocks, owls and other animals and birds.

In 1985, Lingyun Pavilion was built on the main peak of Nanfeng, with a height of 4 stories and a width of 30.3 meters, covering an area of 135 1.58 square meters, which is a good place for tourists to climb and watch the downtown area of Yangquan. 1987, a 1 15 meter long stele gallery was built, with 18 stone tablets. Among them, 19 12, when Dr. Sun Yat-sen passed by Yangquan, he put forward his long-cherished wish inscription of "casting Taihang iron with flat coal" and the legendary map of Nu Wa refining stones to make up the sky, with inscriptions. In recent years, the north and south gates of the park have been rebuilt and expanded, becoming a good place for people in the city to exercise, play and relax.
