I think it is enough to see the subtle effect as long as we can make changes through our own efforts. There can be many specific forms. For example, you can talk to people around you every day, often collect some knowledge about this and share it with everyone, and find like-minded people to set up small groups to promote it. More influential, such as personal experience, write down the research status and feelings, and then contact the media to try to get public attention. In short, I do what I can and try to influence more people through my own efforts.
