A few years ago, I went to Tiantai Mountain with my friends. Although kokuseiji, a thousand-year-old temple, has been renovated several times, the surrounding natural environment is still simple and quiet. From the outside of the temple, there should not be too many human activities.

There is still a distance from the gate of the temple where you get off, and the small bridge with flowing water and green trees forms a quaint and quiet beauty. It's not the scenery that attracts you first, but a faint scent lingers in your nose. I am very puzzled. In this season, where did the fragrance of flowers come from? It is not as rich as roses, nor as bleak as daisies, but it makes people feel fresh and comfortable. And a thousand sounds are quieted, but I smell plum blossoms.

I saw a plum tree with drooping knots in the depths of the temple. It is said that this tree was planted when the temple was built, and it is called "Sui Mei". Did not imagine the towering tall and straight, I saw the vigorous branches, full of wrinkles of the years. After thousands of years of sun, rain, wind and dust, Tingting still stands tall, and blossoming plum blossoms are blooming on the withered plum branches. Even if you are far away, you may smell its unique fragrance. In February, the wheatgrass has long since disappeared, and the plum blossoms in the mountain temple are still in full bloom.

? It is said that "Sui Mei" was also weathered several times, once withered, and almost "shattered into mud and ground into dust", until the miraculous dead trees of the modern reconstruction party blossomed as before.

two people, one from the northeast and the other from Shandong, gathered in Suzhou, and then came here together. All the way south, I also deliberately went to some places of interest, only here, wandering around, as if I had come specially for Xun Mei. It was once fortunate to hear about it, but it is a blessing to admire it every day.
