Do I have to go to a temple to release loach?

Not necessarily. Releasing is to "save people on the knife edge" and save the lives of all beings. Anytime, anywhere. If you see a similar situation, you will deal with it immediately. It doesn't mean that you must go to the temple to release it, but it actually violates the purpose and significance of releasing it.

Letting go is to cultivate our compassion and accumulate our blessings. If you want to release animals, you must choose animals suitable for this season, otherwise you will kill animals that are not suitable for immediate survival!
