Cattle were originally domesticated from wild animals and once lived in the open air, just like African bison. Therefore, raising cattle in the open air is feasible. What's more important is to raise cattle in the open air, so that each cow can get rid of the shackles of ropes, get no less than 15 square meters of natural space, move freely and release nature. In this way, cattle can grow happily, and the beef produced has a natural and high-quality flavor.

In fact, many developed areas abroad have adopted the mode of raising cattle in the open air, and it is quite successful. At home, there are few attempts in this area at present, and we can make a bold breakthrough.

However, the new model of raising cattle in the open air will inevitably encounter many problems in the implementation process.

The first problem brought by raising cattle in the open air is how to deal with direct sunlight in summer and cold in winter. Summer is hot and the temperature is high, 40~4 1℃. Don't worry, cows can hold on. The only thing that scares cows is direct sunlight. In this regard, we can pull a sunshade net on the open space to create a shade for the cattle people, and we can solve the problem.

Winter is cold, and open-air farming will make farmers very worried about the survival of cattle. In fact, there is no need to worry. Cows are very tolerant of the environment and can still survive well in rainy and snowy weather. Cattle can only freeze to death unless the temperature is as low as MINUS 55℃ So don't worry about the harm of winter to cattle, especially in the south, where the temperature is not very cold.

However, there is one problem that we have to study, and that is the issue of economic benefits. In open-air farming, especially in winter, cows need to consume a lot of calories, which will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory fattening effect and meat loss. According to the current price of cattle, there is less meat per 1 Jin and less meat per 13.5 yuan. In this regard, it is suggested that the time for beef cattle to go to market should be arranged reasonably to avoid the impact of winter on beef cattle.
