The daily homework at the end of school is to recite the six-syllable Great Ming Mantra. When I took the subway to and from get off work, I recited it while walking on the road, and then I also participated in the six-character Great Ming Mantra practice on the Ksitigarbha Yuan Forum.

Normally, I publish some kind articles through Baidu Space as a lesson in Dharma giving, to benefit myself and others.

Occasionally I meditate at home when I have free time, but what I practice is inner alchemy. I started it at the end of last year, the foundation building stage, hoping to improve my physical fitness to a higher level through Xiao Zhou Tian, ????and have more energy to study Buddhism.

Usually, I recite the Diamond Sutra, the Universal Door Prayer, and the Samantabhadra Prayer Vows. They are relatively scattered and I do not do the homework regularly. Sometimes I recite the Surangama Sutra, the Lotus Sutra, the Ksitigarbha Sutra, and the Infinite Life Sutra. These are relatively random. If you feel you haven’t recited them for a long time, just take a day and a half to recite them.

Participating in the local organization’s animal release will cost about 200-300 yuan per month, including some money for printing Buddhist scriptures. It’s not fixed either, sometimes more, sometimes less. I will participate in the release activities in a month or two. Eat flowers. My family is not vegetarian, so I eat meat as a vegetarian. But sometimes I will eat a little bit of meat casually, and basically eat three meals a day as a vegetarian.

The house enshrines Guanshiyin Bodhisattva, and also has statues of Master Xuanhua, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Maitreya Bodhisattva, and Amitabha Buddha. Offer incense and water every day. Offering three incense sticks, the first one says, "Extinguish greed, anger, and ignorance, diligently practice precepts, concentration, and wisdom." The second one says, "I vow to save all sentient beings, I vow to put an end to endless troubles, I vow to learn countless Dharma doors, and I vow to achieve the supreme path of Buddhism." The Three-branched Mindfulness of Samantabhadra's Ten Great Vows: "Respect all Buddhas, praise the Tathagata, practice extensively, repent of karma, rejoice in merits and deeds, please turn the wheel of Dharma, ask Buddha to live in the world, always follow Buddhism, always obey all living beings, and dedicate universally to all living beings." .” and look into your own mind. If you do something unsatisfactory, repent. Offer a cup of pure water, visualize the offering, and visualize the pure water washing and purifying your mind.

In the morning and evening, worship Buddha and Bodhisattvas twice a day. At night, give food to hungry ghosts, a simple one, add seven grains of rice to purified water, seven times the Void Hidden Heart Mantra, seven times the Amrita Mantra, seven times the Food Transformation Mantra, three times the Four Tathagatas, snap your fingers seven times, visualize and offer it Hungry ghost nectar, delicacies, and various treasures were sprinkled downstairs.

Dedication: "Don't do any evil, do all the good, purify your mind, this is the basic principle of Buddhism". Certain forms can indeed cultivate merit and compassion if fixed. I hope that the Ten Great Wish Kings will be my refuge in every life, that I will be successful in my practice, extinguish my ego, and be reborn in the Western Paradise.
