3. The development prospect and corporate culture of the enterprise.

If the company's competition mechanism can be relatively fair and just, and there are fewer people who only get paid and do nothing, then in a good and relaxed working atmosphere, they will continue to create good performance. Every department will be the best and enterprises will be the best, but this is just an ideal.
