3. I hope the school can keep students' grades secret and don't queue up in the whole class, because each child's talent is different. Some children work hard, the effect is not necessarily good, and they don't expect to compare one child with another.

4. I hope the school will try to make the class smaller, and the class size should not exceed 40 people. In a class of more than 40 students, it is difficult for teachers to maintain discipline, let alone get enough attention for every child. If possible, a class with fewer than 25 students is ideal.

I hope the school will limit the teacher's explanation time to no more than fifteen minutes, because learning can't be completed by listening. Without hands-on practice, experiments, full discussion and communication, knowledge cannot be truly mastered and potential cannot be truly improved.

The personality of rural schools is beneficial, which is conducive to cultivating students' habit of using their hands and brains, cultivating students' awareness of independent cooperation and inquiry, and improving students' grades. It is expected that the school can promote it among teachers and fully implement the Dulangkou model if possible.

6. I hope the school can pay attention to the psychological changes of junior high school students. There are many hands in the seventh grade, not too many in the eighth grade, and no hands at all in the ninth grade. What is the reason? Besides students' psychological variation, should teachers' teaching behavior bear the necessary responsibility for this phenomenon? I hope the school will take this issue as a research topic for all teachers.
