I have practiced martial arts for half a year, and now I want to practice a physical fitness and self-defense. Our school has it. It depends! Jeet Kune Do was invented by Bruce Lee. It combines the characteristics of Chinese and foreign martial arts, and pays attention to quickness, accuracy and fierceness. There is basically no sharp attack and rapid retreat. It can be said that you can only attack or fight hard. But you can't make moves at will after focusing on precision weakness attack combined with personal style. The more times you make moves, the easier it is for people to see the habits and then be targeted.
