② Apply both hard and soft
I formed a biological clock at 5: in this way, but I still can't get up when I feel dizzy.
an interesting phenomenon is that the alarm clock rang in the morning. I flopped up and turned off the alarm clock, and then almost unconsciously, I went back to sleep.
I'm really not lazy. This behavior is like a subconscious instinctive reaction. After all, I was not awake at that time, and my thinking, consciousness and willpower were very weak, so I didn't realize that I had gone back to sleep.
I later reflected that I went back to sleep because I turned off the alarm clock in bed, so I could instinctively lean back and continue to sleep. But what if there is no bed behind me? Will I lie back?
So I put the alarm clock across the room and set an exciting alarm (I'm setting Second Life on May Day now, because the first line: You heard the alarm clock, and you pushed the pillow away ... something fits the scene ~). So, when the alarm clock rings every day, I have two choices:
First, get out of bed and walk across the room to turn off the alarm clock, because behind me.

③ sleep until you wake up naturally? It's okay, it doesn't hinder getting up early ~
It's like "seeing for a long time", and I'm "seeing for a long time", and I gradually find a more strange phenomenon.
because I insist on the five o'clock, I have formed a biological clock close to it. I often wake up naturally at 4: 4, but when I look at my watch, I say, "Eh, it's still early, let's go to sleep." < P > After I got back from a deep sleep, it didn't take long for the alarm clock to ring. The moment I was awakened, my head was dizzy and confused.
then I thought of one thing: why didn't you feel uncomfortable when you woke up at 4: 4? Being woken up by an alarm clock at 5: is so painful?
at that time, I slept with a sports bracelet, which recorded my daily sleep, including shallow sleep and deep sleep. I carefully analyzed the sleep cycle and found an interesting phenomenon.
The dark block in the periodic chart indicates "deep sleep period" and the light block indicates "light sleep period". By observing many periodic charts of myself, I found that the block near getting up was "light sleep", and the light sleep period was mostly between 4: 3 and 5: , which explained why I woke up naturally at around 4: 4.

I have made another rule for myself since then: wake up naturally between 4: 3 and 5: in the morning, and get up immediately. Don't sleep and wait for the alarm clock.
once this rule was tried, it was really effective. from then on, I really embarked on the road of getting up early, and there was basically no pain or struggle.
It is suggested that partners who want to get up early should form a biological clock step by step, try their best to eliminate the temptation of staying in bed with both soft and hard methods, understand their shallow sleep cycle, determine the natural waking time before the alarm clock rings, and get up immediately after waking up naturally without waiting for the alarm clock.
