I just work in a very large company. Although it has not been listed yet, it has successfully raised several rounds, and it is one of the best Internet companies in China, and its scale is also very large. I learned the following:

The first and most important point is to be cautious in words and deeds, which in my opinion is the most critical, especially for big companies. The relationship between people is complex, beyond our imagination. At this time, don't talk casually and make random comments, because you never know when what you say may offend others.

For doing things, you must not be too conspicuous in action, just keep a low profile. As the saying goes, it is definitely wrong to win the first prize and do everything with your heart. Therefore, no matter what you say or do, you should be cautious, which is absolutely beneficial to yourself.

Second, do a good job, do your duty and shoulder the responsibility. Big companies generally have a very clear division of labor, so don't mind your own business. You must do your own work well, you can't procrastinate and you can't push it to others at will.

You know, in a big company, if you want to get ahead and get promoted, people want to see 70% or 80% of your own work performance and achievements, and these things are measured by data, so you must be responsible.

Third, don't interfere in other people's privacy, and ask about other people's private affairs at will. Generally speaking, this is a taboo for big companies. Don't try to get closer to others through these things. Asking about other people's privacy at will only arouse others' antipathy and make themselves rejected by the group.
