Article 4 The professional qualifications of real estate agents as mentioned in these regulations include the professional qualifications of real estate agents and the professional qualifications of real estate agent associates.

Article 5 The Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction are jointly responsible for the policy formulation, organization and coordination, qualification examination, registration, supervision and management of the national real estate agent professional qualification system.

Chapter 2 Examination

Article 10. Chapter 3 Registration

Article 21 If a registered real estate agent has any of the following circumstances, the registration shall be canceled by the original registration agency:

(1) Does not have full capacity for civil conduct.

(2) Subject to criminal punishment.

(3) Leaving the real estate brokerage job for more than 2 consecutive years (including 2 years).

(4) Carry out real estate brokerage activities in two or more real estate brokerage agencies at the same time.

(5) Serious violation of professional ethics and brokerage industry management regulations.

Article 22 The Ministry of Construction and the provincial real estate management departments shall regularly publish the registration and cancellation status of real estate brokers’ professional qualifications.

Article 23: All provincial real estate management departments or their authorized institutions are responsible for the registration and management of real estate agent associate qualifications. The annual registration status of real estate agent associate qualifications shall be reported to the Ministry of Construction for filing.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities

Chapter 5 Supplementary Provisions
