Nanny is also a job. Since it is a job, a nanny is similar to a part-time job. How can a part-time job meet the requirements of the boss? Take eating as an example. Employers often need to go out for dinner because of entertainment. Do you still ask your employer to take you as a nanny? Impossible, right?

Nannies can't and have no right to eat like employers. As a nanny, you shouldn't make such a request. Just have food and shelter. Of course, if the employer deliberately lets you eat their leftovers, you can refuse or leave, because that involves personal dignity. Although you are a nanny, you are equal in personality. This must not be vague!

As for eating, you can't ask for the same as your employer. If you say so, your employer has guests at home. When eating, your employer will accompany your guests to the table. Do you want to go to the table to accompany the guests?

There is also, for example, employers like to eat snacks. I often buy some snacks at home, especially some high-end snacks, high-end snacks. If your employer won't let you eat, you can't take the initiative to eat. Including some high-end daily necessities, skin care products, cosmetics and so on. In the employer's house, you can't take them for yourself at will.

The problem of food and clothing is related to family conditions. If an employer has good family conditions, he will naturally eat and wear well. If he has the conditions, he should enjoy it. As a nanny, there is no way to be on an equal footing with the employer. If the employer eats well and dresses well, the nanny can't expect the employer to treat you the same. Regardless of the past, present and future, the master is the master, the nanny is the nanny, the employer takes money, you work, he gives you money, and you just work for him.

Therefore, as a nanny, we must put ourselves in the right position, as long as the salary is appropriate and reasonable, and we must not be the same as the employer in terms of food and clothing. That would be to rock the boat and go too far.
