Is everyone’s life so painful? Is it because my tolerance is too low that it’s extra difficult? Or am I the only one who is so doomed that I can’t survive?

The first question is whether everyone’s life is so painful.

Yes, people are suffering. Just because of different external conditions, some people suffer less and some more severely. External conditions include but are not limited to: appearance, family, city where you live, etc. We cannot change our original family, appearance, and place of birth. We can only try to change ourselves.

The second question is, is it extra difficult because of my poor endurance?

No. Everyone has a weak side, and as long as you are human, you will have times when you find it difficult to endure. Sometimes you have to take a long-term view and don’t dwell on temporary adversity. Looking back a few years later, you will find that it was just your own little emotion.

The third question is, is it just that you alone are doomed so you can’t survive?

Friends, ants still live in vain. Did you "bully" ants when you were a child? The little ant has no power to fight back in our hands. Why don't we see it lying on the ground waiting to die? Life is an instinct. As long as you are alive, there is hope.

The above are all general principles, but they are somewhat empty. Let’s talk practical. If you feel that there is no hope in life, then find something to do that you are good at. At least you will get a sense of accomplishment and get rid of the denial of yourself. Specifically analyze what caused your predicament, is it your personality? Family? Or people you usually get along with? Or study or work? There are corresponding solutions to these.

The general premise is to constantly improve yourself, so that over time, you will have a bigger world.
