What is the sudden failure of the computer keyboard?

1. Update the BIOS to the latest version and update Windows Update.

2. Reinstall the driver in Device Manager.

2- 1. Enter Device Manager in the Windows search bar and click Open.

2-2. Uninstall the keyboard driver. Click the triangle next to the keyboard device type. Right-click the keyboard name and click Uninstall Device.

2-3. Click Uninstall.

2-4. Delete all keyboard devices from the keyboard category, and then restart the computer. After restarting the computer, the system will automatically install the driver, and then confirm whether the keyboard can be used normally.

3. Use the keyboard to troubleshoot

3- 1. Enter troubleshooting settings in the Windows search bar, and then click Open.

3-2. In the Troubleshooting window, select the keyboard and click Run Troubleshooting.

3-3. Follow the prompts on the screen and try to solve the problem. If the keyboard still doesn't work properly after troubleshooting, please continue to the next step.

4. Restore the system through the system restore point

If you have previously created a system restore point or an automatic restore point created by the system, please try to restore the system to the restore point at the last normal startup.
