In addition to my daily work in the office, I also worked as a resident cadre in a village. The village is more than ten kilometers away from the town. To reach this village, you need to take a minibus first, then take a motorcycle to take the mountain road, and finally reach the village by boat. The backwardness in working and living environment is acceptable, but the long-term extreme poverty in spiritual entertainment is unbearable. At that time, the transformation of the rural power grid lasted for half a year, and the power was cut off at 8 pm on time. As a foreigner, I stayed alone in the small courtyard of the office, without internet and any entertainment.

Third, zhengyanshi writes materials. If you want to change the bad working environment, you can only rely on yourself, and writing materials is a better way. With writing materials, I wrote all the way to the political research office of prefecture-level cities. This writing is ten years. How many people stay up late to write materials, and how many annual holidays are forced to give up because of writing materials. They wrote white hair from a black hair, the taste of which was only experienced by their peers.

1996 after the college entrance examination, I followed my eldest brother to the building. Digging a trench and throwing wet soil up three meters underground took one day 14 yuan.
