In recent years, many colleges and universities have sent cadres from Selected Graduates or cities and counties to work in towns and villages, which further reduces the promotion channels for township civil servants. Because selection is the only way out, it is much more difficult to choose now than taking the civil service exam!

Second, it is normal to have no time at 7 o'clock in the morning and at night.

Because the township work should be combined with the rural reality, go to work at 7: 30 in the morning in winter and go to work at 7: 00 in the morning after the New Year! I am in charge of website maintenance, letters and visits, grid, river system and legal publicity! I almost went home before 9 o'clock in the evening. Who knows why I am so busy! It takes a long time for so many departments to send a notice casually, let alone send it together! As for the weekend you mentioned, we didn't bring it, because there always seems to be work on weekends, or there are inspections on Monday! For example, I will plant trees for two days this week, and dig a hole to plant trees myself!
