What is the reason for the heavy clutch? Troubleshooting of clutch.

One: The clutch is too high. Check the gap between the cylinder guide rod and the master cylinder guide rod and whether the clutch plate is burnt. Whether the model of the master cylinder is the same as the original car.

Second, the clutch is too low or unclear. Check whether the gap between the master cylinder and the slave cylinder is too large (generally 3 ~ 5mm for the slave cylinder and 1 ~ 2mm for the master cylinder), whether there is air in the oil circuit, whether the fork is deformed or whether the fork shaft is deformed or desoldering. Whether the release lever and adjusting screw are deformed or broken. Whether the model of the master cylinder is the same as the original car. (Generally, when the master cylinder treads to the end and the stroke of the slave cylinder reaches 12 ~ 15mm, the gap between the master cylinder and the slave cylinder and the oil circuit problems can be basically eliminated. )

Three: high and low. This kind of problem is quite special. Let me also talk about the common ones. The clutch is very low without stepping on the first foot for a long time. Check whether the clutch cylinder clearance is too large, whether the return spring is intact and whether the return is normal;

Another investigation shows that the pump clearance is normal and the master cylinder has no clearance, so it is necessary to check whether there is air in the oil circuit or whether the master cylinder is damaged. When you step on the clutch, you will get up slowly, indicating that the clutch master cylinder is damaged if you step on the clutch for a period of time without lifting the clutch.

There is also a clutch that will gradually become very high in normal use. After a period of time, it returned to normal without stepping on the clutch. In severe cases, the vehicle clutch slips and cannot walk. After loosening the exhaust screw, a large amount of hydraulic oil is discharged and it will return to normal. Check whether there is a gap in the master cylinder guide rod, check whether there is dirt inside the master cylinder, and clean the master cylinder.

Four: The clutch is too heavy. This must be divided into two parts first.

1: No booster cylinder: Because there is no booster cylinder, this clutch is relatively heavy. If it is too heavy, you can clean the inner hole of the separating bearing seat and the first shaft guide tube, replace the bushing of the shifting fork shaft and oil it, oil the joint between the shifting fork and the separating bearing seat, lower the lever of the separating lever and replace the pressure plate appropriately (Note: it is not recommended to oil the first shaft guide tube or the separating bearing seat).

2. Power-assisted master cylinder: In addition to the problems of non-power-assisted master cylinder, there are also problems such as too small clearance of master cylinder, air in hydraulic oil circuit, wrong model of master cylinder, too large or too small, etc., all of which may occur, among which the liberation master cylinder changes the most and is the most troublesome.

Of course, these are just common diseases. Let me start with a trouble with the booster clutch that I eliminated eight years ago. At that time, I received the driver's response: 1, the clutch plates were burned abnormally, and three plates were burned in one week; 2. The clutch separation is not obvious, and the gear is engaged. 3, the clutch is particularly heavy.

Replacement: clutch plate and pressure plate, clutch cylinder, the fault is still the same.

After trial operation, it is found that: 1, the clutch is too heavy; There is an obvious trend that clutches are used more and more frequently. Check whether there is a gap between the sub-pumps. After the trial operation, the fault remains. Check whether the master cylinder clearance disappears again, and exhaust and drain oil. The main cylinder is out of clearance, and the clearance is too large. Adjust the clearance of the master cylinder again, check that the clearance of the master cylinder is normal, remove the master cylinder for inspection, and the mud inside the master cylinder is deposited at the oil outlet and oil return port of the master cylinder. Clean and load the master cylinder and try again, and eliminate the trend of high clutch.

After analysis, it is suggested to disassemble the gearbox and check the inside of the clutch. After disassembling, it was found that the butter on the catheter and the burnt dust on the clutch plate had hardened. By this time, the problem is already obvious. This is a compliance problem: this car is an engineering vehicle and there is too much dust on the construction site. The clutch oil pot with damaged ring cover is deposited in the master cylinder, which leads to poor oil return of the master cylinder, so the clutch is getting higher and higher in use, the clutch is in a semi-clutch state, and the clutch plate is burned out. When replacing the burnt clutch plate, the repairman was careless and the burnt dust was not cleaned up. When in use, the dust is adsorbed on the first shaft guide tube with butter. Because the burnt clutch temperature dries the mixed oil on the first shaft guide tube, a separation bearing seat and the first shaft guide tube are formed, so the clutch is heavy and the separation is unclear.
