During my work in the clinical pharmacy room, I insisted on taking part in the clinical rounds of neonatology department every day. On the one hand, I learned some clinical knowledge from medical staff; On the other hand, by consulting medical records, monitoring and auditing clinical medication, we can know the patient's condition and the whole process of medication in time. To provide doctors and nurses with information on drug selection, dosage, ways and methods and drug treatment services. According to the provisions of the hospital prescription review system, organize outpatient prescription review. Combined with the computer center, the information module of prescription audit is designed and preliminarily completed to improve the efficiency of prescription audit. As a clinical pharmacist, I think what I have done is far from enough. Professionally, I should study harder and improve my professional quality.
