The person in charge of materials and equipment department is fully responsible for all materials of the project, and the operator is responsible for sampling inspection, and implements the inspection plan and puts forward the list in combination with the progress of the project. The documents and materials are collected by the Materials and Equipment Section and registered and managed by the librarians.

The acceptance of materials refers to the acceptance of the supplier's materials, vouchers and documents at the acceptance place or construction site according to the buyer's notice and procurement procedures, and through appropriate inspection, comparison and measurement with reference to relevant materials, check their names, specifications (marks), quantities, appearance characteristics and packaging marks to determine whether they meet the requirements.
