The flight MU5735 of China Eastern Airlines Group Co., Ltd. is a B737-800NG passenger plane with registration number B 179 1, with an age of 6.8 years.

On March 2, 2022, KLOC-0, a Boeing 737 passenger plane of China Eastern Airlines lost its connection over Wuzhou while performing a mission from Kunming to Guangzhou. It has been confirmed that the plane crashed. There are 132 people on board, including 123 passengers and 9 crew members.
