The author thinks that it is better to divide Chinese dialects into north and south, and the northern dialect is easier to understand, while the southern dialect, especially the dialects in coastal areas, as northerners simply don't know how to understand it. It is said that learning a language begins at the poker table, because at the poker table, everyone will talk about all kinds of shortcomings of their parents, and there are many words, even uncivilized words flying all over the sky, so learning dialects at the poker table is very fast.

You can go to the supermarket or chat with your grandmother. The older generation has a good command of dialects. You can talk to them more, listen more and speak more.
