During the training period, study hard, listen carefully to famous video lectures, learn relevant teaching strategies, carry out classroom teaching practice, and understand educational theoretical viewpoints attentively. This training has made me get a lot of supplements in teaching theory and educational concept, reflected on the shortcomings in my previous work and solved some puzzles in my previous teaching!

Listening to the experts' lectures, I have gained the essence of experts' thoughts and theories. Only by earnestly studying and mastering the knowledge of educational science and culture, constantly improving their professional level and the quality of education and teaching, and deepening educational reform and research, can we love, respect and listen to every child's inner voice!
