Some people may be in a poor financial situation, so they envy those who are "financially free", that is, the richest people we often say. They feel that they have everything they want, and they don't have to go to work or travel every day.

But this is not the case. Rich people naturally have no worries about money, but they also have their own problems. For example, if they have more money, many people will be around flattery every day. At first, they will be satisfied with their vanity, but after a long time, they will feel bored, but they can't get rid of it, just like a group of flies.

For example, after you have more money, it's hard to tell whether the people around you are sincere or false-smiling faces can be seen everywhere, and at first glance, who knows which is your friend and which is your enemy? I can only guard against everyone, which makes me live more tired.

Just like watching a news before, an old man had a lot of money and many children. The old man was in poor health, but the children paid little attention to him, so he hired a nanny to wait for him and secretly waited for him to die quickly, so that he could divide the inheritance.

But the nanny took good care of the old man, which moved him very much. He felt the care and warmth that he had not received for a long time. Finally, he simply left a will and gave all his property to the nanny.

The first sentence: everything has a cause and effect.

This first sentence is the "law of cause and effect". Everything has a cause and a result, and every result has a cause.

When we encounter troubles, we might as well think about it. Does this matter also have its inevitable factors?

Of course, cause and effect are sometimes not so simple and direct. For example, if you give up your seat to an old woman in the morning, you will definitely find a wallet in the afternoon. Or if you scold someone in the morning, you will definitely lose a wallet in the afternoon.

If the cause and effect can be seen so easily, then there are no bad people in the world, and they are all "forced" good people.

In fact, cause and effect are much more complicated. To make the simplest analogy, we often describe cause and effect as "as you sow, so you reap", but in fact this is not very accurate. Planting melons will not grow beans, but will they grow melons?

Not necessarily.

For example, if you plant a watermelon seed, it will sprout, take root, grow, blossom and bear fruit. Once a step is not successfully completed, or it is blown by strong wind, hit by heavy rain, hit by hail and bitten by insects, the watermelon will not be harvested at last.

For example, you worked hard this year, but you didn't get the excellent employee award, especially a colleague who you think is completely inferior to you. I believe you must be very angry and upset.

But in fact, if we calmly analyze the cause and effect of this matter, we are likely to have different views.

For example, if you think this colleague is not as good as yourself, in fact, this is just your own opinion. Maybe others have made greater contributions, but they just didn't make public. This is the fundamental cause and effect.

For example, if you performed well last year and already got excellent employees, the company may have hidden rules that the same person can't get them twice in a row, or you performed well this year, but the overall efficiency of the department is not good, so this quota is gone and belongs to the outer edge.

Another example is that this colleague may be a new employee, or the object of some kind of policy support, or his field is in line with the future development direction of the company, so the company specially encourages him to belong to the * * * industry.

Of course, it does not rule out tricky and black-box operations, which is equivalent to everyone planting melons. It is not impossible for someone to secretly use some kind of catalyst to promote the growth of his melons and make them grow faster and look bigger on the surface. As a result, they are bought by unsuspecting customers.

So we can find out the above reasons. You didn't evaluate excellent employees, which is just one of them. Some are fair and some are unfair, but after all, it is only in this case that cause and effect are reasonable for a long time.

For example, as mentioned above, some people cheat people with melons that have been born. They may sell more at first, but after a long time, it is impossible not to reveal the stuffing, and double punishment awaits him. No one has ever made a fortune by cheating for a lifetime. What is really bigger and stronger is a conscience enterprise.

So when you are in trouble, tell yourself that this is cause and effect. If you have enough wisdom to see the ins and outs, but you don't have the ability for the time being, at least learn to accept it, which naturally makes sense.

The second sentence: break the money and avoid disaster, and disappear with fate.

The second sentence we tell ourselves is to break the bank to avoid disaster and follow the fate.

Although there are countless troubles, it is said that there are as many as 108 kinds, but the most important things are generally two things-one is money and the other is love.

If you think about it carefully, you should find that if you trace back to the source, your troubles are either related to money loss or emotional disputes, including husband and wife, children, the elderly, lovers and friends.
