Which material is better, tpe or tpr?

TPE

It is resistant to aging, cracking and good toughness. , good stretchability. Hardness 10~100A; 10~80 OO; specific gravity 0.84~1.4. Injection molding or extrusion molding, processing temperature 150~240℃

TPR

Good elasticity, strong friction, color Bright, good spray colorability. Not resistant to aging and prone to discoloration and cracking. Hardness 15~100A. Specific gravity 0.86~1.2. Injection molding or extrusion, processing temperature 160~200℃.

Distinguishing method:

Look at the appearance: TPR particles are brighter, TPE particles are brighter Matt surface;

The burning phenomenon: TPE burns with a yellow flame, and TPE with higher hardness (above 50A) has a blue flame root, lighter smoke, and aromatic smell. TPE with higher hardness has both. Aromatic smell and petroleum smell; TPR combustion flame is yellow. The smoke is thicker and black, and the burning smell is obvious.
