Xiang Tuo's general life story
The ancients said: "The mountain is not high, the fairy is not famous, the water is not deep, and the dragon is in the spirit." The popularity of ancient monuments in China and even in the world is not as good as that of the Monkey King in Huaguoshan and the Eight Immortals in Penglai Pavilion. But for thousands of years, there has always been a saint called a teacher by Confucius, which is enough for a person to make fun of after a meal and is still intriguing.
First, beautiful scenery, the birth of a child prodigy.
In the south of Lanshan, at the junction of Giant Peak and Stone Monument, there is an east-west mountain range that stretches for nearly 20 Li. There is a mountain in the east, with towering peaks, called Yule Valley. This mountain peak extends from north to south. In the northwest corner of the peak, about 50 meters away from the peak, rocks form a circle, covering an area of about half an acre. There used to be an old grandmother temple in the courtyard of the temple, and Haizhou Bay could be seen in the south. Sea water is like crystal in the sun. There is a mountain in the west, called Gongsheng Mountain. Beikuo Town, standing in front of the mountain and looking north, looks like a big chair circle. There is a temple in the circle called Gong Sheng Temple. You can see ten thousand mu of lake, embroidered needle river, Lanping Railway and Lan Yan Highway in the courtyard of the temple by taking the North Korea South Railway Station. You can see Yuntai Mountain in Lianyungang from a distance. There is a short mountain called Flint Top between Youer Valley and Gongsheng Mountain, which is like a pole carrying two mountains. In ancient times, there were three post roads passing in front of Gongsheng Mountain. First, the north-south trend, south through the stele, Qingkou, Haizhou, Xiayangzhou, north through the giant peak, Shending to Qingzhou; The other is southeast and northwest, with east longitude from Futianzhuang, Qianhezhuang and Antonwei to Lanshan, and northwest from Shanxi Tou, Zhulu, Fentuan, Juzhou and Yishui to Taian. There is also a southwest-northeast route, which passes through the emerging east-west and crossroads, and goes to Yizhou and Xuzhou in the southwest. The northeast passes through Jufeng, Taoluo, Rizhao, Benjiao and Lailai. These three post roads meet at Yuanjiazhuang in front of Gongsheng Mountain. Here, the Zhou Dynasty belonged to the state of Ji, and later to the state of Ju. During the Warring States period, Chu first destroyed Chu, and then Qi swallowed it, which became the southern gate of Qi.
Behind this beautiful and convenient Yuanjiazhuang, there lived a family named Xiang, and his wife was Wei. This family cultivates men and weaves women, treats people sincerely, has a harmonious neighborhood, and lives a life without competition. After Wei became pregnant, she still spun yarn at home, did housework, went out to collect grass, firewood, shavings and medicines, and did everything. On the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, my neighbor's aunt and I went to Youer Valley to dig herbs. I came to the northwest corner of Guding, and my stomach ached. Soon, Wei gave birth to a boy. He screamed across the valley. Two neighbors, my aunt, came to help me, trying to take off my coat and take the baby home, but the baby's umbilical cord was not broken, and the mother and son were still connected. So they used the accompanying firewood knife to chop and shovel, and they were busy for a while, sweating all over, and the umbilical cord was still not cut. At this time, Wei Shi remembered that he was often cut by thatched leaves, so he asked his aunt to try it with thatched leaves, and it really worked. When breaking up, my sister-in-law held the child, and the aunt in the village held Wei's and walked back together. The husband heard that his wife gave birth to a child on the mountain and ran to meet him. When I received the child, I saw Fiona Fang, a slender child, full of space, and blurted out that he looked like a small pocket. Just call him Pocket! Wei agreed, because the surname was Xiang, and later the surname was Xiang.
Second, the language is amazing, and Confucius is the teacher.
Xiang Tuo Jr. has fine features, ordinary, self-taught and clever. He likes to observe things since he was a child, and he likes to ask questions (tattoos). The questions raised are difficult for many adults to answer. In summer, Xiang Tuo saw thunder and lightning, followed by a downpour. He asked his father, "Why does it thunder and lightning?" Father said, "It was God who made thunder and lightning endure the queen's light. He roared and beat the bad guys and monsters to pieces. " Xiang Tuo asked, "Bad guys and monsters only exist in summer, but don't they exist in winter?" Father was tongue-tied. One day, my uncle came to visit relatives and enjoyed the cool in the yard at night. The sky is clear and full of stars. My uncle made fun of Xiang Tuo and said, "Hey, how many stars do you think there are in the sky?" Xiang Tuo said, "There are as many people as there are on the ground." Then I asked my uncle, "How many hairs do you have?" My uncle replied, "As much as yours. I don't believe you! " Xiang Tuo said, "Well, I'll count after you pull out your hair." Makes everyone here laugh.
Once, Xiang Tuo was playing at the door. Suddenly, he heard the chickens quack, but he saw them scurrying around looking for a hiding place. Xiang Tuo looked up, and an eagle was tossing and turning to catch an old hen, and a group of chickens were looking for food. At this time, Xiang Tuo left hand holding the old hen, right hand down a wax tree, one leg curled up, one leg kneeling. He held his head high and looked at the fearless eagle. When the eagle swooped down again, Xiang Tuo's right hand was released and only a hum was heard. The eagle took a wax stick and returned to the blue sky and never came back.
Often asked where he came from, his mother said that your father fished, fished it out of the cool Wang Li and carried it back with a fish basket. Although Xiang Tuo didn't believe it, he became interested in Wang Liang and always wanted to see it. Wang Liang is located on the banks of the Angel River, named after the warm water in winter and cool water in summer. It is five or six miles away from Yuanjiazhuang and originated in front of Gongsheng Mountain. The two small rivers in Yuanjiazhuang are the upper reaches of Angel. One noon in summer: Xiang Tuo and some friends went downstream to Wang Liang, where they met a monster who wanted to eat an old fisherman. This monster is like a buffalo, with a unicorn, glowing eyes and talking. Seeing this situation, several friends were a little confused and flinched. Xiang Tuo wanted to find out, so he asked, "Grandpa, what's the matter?" The old fisherman said, "I was fishing just now, and I didn't want to catch a small gourd with a yellow silk symbol." I untied the silk and pulled out the cork to see what was inside. Unexpectedly, I want to drill out a little thing and grow into this enemy as soon as I roll. Say nothing, and you will eat me. "The monster said," I have been kept here by the Jade Emperor for thousands of years, and I haven't caught anyone to eat. Now I'm hungry and thirsty. I won't eat. Who will you eat? "Xiang Tuo said loudly to the old fisherman in the blink of an eye," You are so old, and you still cheat our children. Can such a large body drive be put into a small gourd? " The old fisherman said anxiously, "Ask it if you don't believe me! Little Xiang Tuo said to the monster, "If you are really flexible, get into this gourd and perform." . If it is true, you are not only eating old people, but also eating us children! "The monster was very happy, so it shrank smaller and smaller. Finally, it became like a little loach and got into the gourd. Xiang Tuo immediately tightened the plug. Hoo, go get the yellow silk rune. Tie the yellow silk on the waist of the gourd and throw it into the cool king. The old fisherman suddenly realized that he was very grateful to Xiang Tuo for saving his life. Xiang Tuo told everyone not to touch this bastard again. The monster never appeared again.
Once, an official passed by here. He had heard about Xiang Tuo's intelligence, so he wanted to see it for himself. He came to Xiang Tuo's house and explained his purpose in the name that everyone was hungry. Xiang's parents are usually very hospitable and often help others. This time, I saw that I was an official. Without saying anything, I asked the official what he wanted to eat. The official said, "Rice, noodles and rice will do, but I want 20 dishes." This really stumped the parents. How do you spell these 20 dishes? When Xiang Tuo came back from playing outside, he saw his parents reluctant and asked them what had happened. My parents told me what happened. Xiang Tuo thought about it and said to his mother, "bake a big cake and mix two plates of leeks with garlic and sauce." Mother was puzzled, and Xiang Tuo explained: "Raw leeks and cooked leeks, two leeks (nine) plus eighteen, plus garlic and sauce, make exactly twenty." Although my mother is not practical, she has to do so. When the food was served, he was stunned by the official and secretly admired Xiang Tuo's intelligence.
As the saying goes, "a thousand words have no legs." A seven-year-old child is so clever that it soon spread all over the world and reached the ears of Kong who is traveling around the world. Confucius wanted to go to the East to meet the prodigy and see the sea. One day after lunch, my father went to hoe the ground, and Xiang Tuo played with him. On the road in the field, I made a circle with small stones, and built a hut with thin stones inside. I was having a good time when suddenly a carriage came up from the southwest post road. An elderly man was sitting on the carriage, with a bun on his head and a long-sleeved robe. Followed by some disciples. Driving is the inevitable way for that man to die. He was wearing a helmet and armor, with a whip in his hand, and kept shouting, drive, drive! Suddenly I saw a child squatting in the middle of the road to play, so I shouted, "Get out of the way! Get out of the way! " Xiang Tuo as if nothing had happened, so play with him. Lutz scowled and stretched out his hand to hit Xiang Tuo, which was forbidden by Confucius. Confucius got off the bus and asked, "Why don't you make way for this child?" Xiang Tuo said, "the city of kurama? Or is the horse hiding in the city? " Confucius was speechless for a moment, and his disciples were speechless. Lutz was still angry that he had to bypass the "city", so he walked to the other side of the ground and had a hard time leaving Xiangfu. When Xiang Tuo saw them leave, he went to ask his father what they said. Father said this again, and Xiang Tuo said they would come back again, so you told them. Besides, Confucius walked a long way to the north, and it was getting late and far from the post office. Especially when I heard that prodigies are all in this area, I feel sorry that I didn't talk well. I decided to retrace my steps and stay here. After coming back, Luz really bothered his father again and asked, "How many times do you hoe the ground a day?" Father Xiang replied, "I will hoe your horseshoe as many times as you lift it every day." Confucius was surprised and asked, "At that time, you said you didn't know, and now you say this again. Who taught you that? " Father Xiang is a kind man and can't lie, so he told Confucius the truth. Confucius concluded that the child was the prodigy he wanted to see. He told his disciples to find a shop to stay in. Go talk to Xiang Tuo further. This place, whether it is a house or a shop, is planted with autumn thorns as a courtyard wall. Confucius entered the shop carelessly, and his robe was torn by thorns. A disciple was very angry and pointed to the onlookers and said, "There are many thorns here. They got worse when I was young. It's really useless. " Xiang Tuo is one of them. As soon as he heard a voice behind the scenes, he asked, "Gentlemen, what is' useful material'?" Confucius said: "Of all the trees, only the evergreen pine and cypress are the best." Xiang Tuo then asked, "Pines and cypresses are really useful materials. Can you tell me why pine and cypress are evergreen all the year round? " Confucius said, "Because pine and cypress are hard and have no holes in their hearts." Xiang Tuo then asked, "That bamboo is white with a hole in the middle. Why is it evergreen all the year round?" Confucius was speechless. That night, we broke up in discord and rested separately. Early the next morning, Confucius sent his disciples to talk to Xiang Tuo. People who went back told Confucius that Xiang Tuo and some friends had gone to the East to watch the sunrise. Confucius personally went to the village east to look for it. Before long, Xiang Tuo and another child were arguing about something by the pond. So Confucius leaned down and saw two children arguing with each other. The child pointed to the sun and said, "Look! Look! Like a wheel in the morning, like a bowl at noon. Isn't it close to us in the morning and far from us at noon? " Xiang Tuo said: "Being close to us is bound to be very sunny, but although it is big and cool in the morning, it is like a brazier roasting people at noon, boiling water scalds people?" Just as they were arguing, they saw Confucius coming and asked him. Confucius sighed and didn't tell me why. At this moment, a flock of geese are playing in the pond. Xiang Tuo asked Confucius, "Why do geese cry so loudly?" Confucius said, "Because of its long neck." Xiang Tuo said, "Toads and frogs have short necks and make loud noises." Confucius squeaked again. Xiang Tuo said sincerely, "People say that you know astronomy from above, geography from below and human feelings from above. You are an omniscient saint. Why don't you explain these things to me clearly? " Confucius sighed, bowed down and said kindly to Xiang Tuo, "The afterlife is terrible. I should worship you as a teacher." Turning to his apprentice, he said, "There must be a teacher for a threesome. Don't be embarrassed to ask. " With this praise from Confucius, Xiang Tuo became famous in Kyushu and shocked the ruling and opposition parties. Later, it was recorded in the relevant chapters of Historical Records. According to historical records? Biography of Gan Mao was also used as a metaphor when Ganluo worshipped the Prime Minister at the age of twelve to persuade Wen Xin not to let himself go to Zhao. The Saint Amethyst, compiled by Wang Yinglin, a scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty, advised future generations: "In the past, Zhongni studied under the ancient Saint Xiang Tuo and was diligent in learning." Because of this.
Third, show your spirit after death and sincerely serve the people.
People are afraid of being famous, while pigs are afraid of being strong. Since Confucius became a teacher, it soon spread to Lu, Wu and Qi. At that time, the world was in chaos, and all countries wanted to attract talents and serve themselves. Especially in Qi State, Shi Tian usurped Chiang's regime. Yan Zi still advocates the rule of law, which is in direct opposition to Confucius' ceremony. He was worried that Xiang Tuo would be used by Confucius to serve Lu, and even more afraid that talents would appear in Ju, exposing Shi Tian's usurpation of power and restoration, with disastrous consequences. He tried to pull Xiang Tuo to serve Qi.
In the spring when he was ten years old, the State of Qi sent a military general and his entourage home to bring gifts. When Xiang Tuo's parents saw that it was an official army, they knelt down and kowtowed again and again, saying, "I wonder what the military adviser came to my house for?" An attendant saw little Xiang Tuo standing without kneeling and said, "Why don't you kneel when the master comes?" Xiang Tuo said, "Did you come all this way to make me kneel?" The military commander was surprised and said, "No ceremony". He explained his purpose, hoping to go to Qi, study first, then become an official, and enjoy the splendor. Xiang Tuo said, "How can Hailong associate with Jiang Ying? I am a small citizen of Jun, how can I be qualified to participate in politics in Qi? " Hearing this, the military commander knew that he was not a fellow traveler, so he returned to Qi Jun in time. Qi Jun decided to kill Xiang Tuo before it was too late, so as to avoid endless troubles. Send the military commander to lead a group of troops to kill Xiang Tuo again and try to kill Xiang Tuo with one knife. But Xiang Tuo is impeccable. Half a day, Xiang Tuo is still alive. A strategist came up with a plan and asked Xiangmu Xiang Tuo what kind of broken umbilical cord he used when he was born. Without saying anything, the military commander ordered the mother to be killed and left angrily. After the officers and men left, Xiang Tuo put his mother's head on Xiangmu's neck, breathed a sigh of relief, and her mother lived again. What is that? When this incident spread to Qi, Qi Jun became even more afraid. He sent officers and men to kill Xiang Mu, dismember her and take Xiang Mu's heart away before leaving. After the officers and men left, Xiang Tuo still butted up his mother's body piece by piece in the old way. Finally, his mother lost her heart. Xiang Tuo went to the mountains and killed a wolf. He cut out his heart and breathed a sigh of relief for his mother, who came back to life. Qi Jun sent officers and men for the third time, killed Xiang Mu and took his lungs. When Xiang Tuo saw that his mother had lost her lung, she killed her dog and took the lung to install her. When the officers and men came for the fourth time, they killed Xiangmu and took the courage. Xiang Tuo went out and killed a rabbit, took out bile and put it on his mother. After three transgressions of five times, Xiang Mu has become a "cruel and heartless person". When the officers and men finally caught Xiang Mu and asked how the umbilical cord was broken, Xiang Mu was as timid as a rabbit and cried and said, "Don't be afraid of thatching." So the officers and men found a thatched cottage and cut off Xiang Tuo's head, dismembered the body into eight pieces, and roared off. When Xiang's father and mother saw their son's death, they let out a loud cry and fainted. When they lost consciousness, they heard Xiang Tuo say, "Mom and Dad, don't cry, don't be exhausted. Put my body in our jar and cover it tightly. I am still your son after 749 days. " When Xiang Tuo's parents woke up, they immediately talked about the same dream. Because parents are eager to wait, wait and wait. Forty-eight days later, my mother couldn't hold it any longer. It doesn't hurt to watch it for only one day. As soon as she lifted the cylinder head, she saw Xiang Tuo's eyes closed and left this world. My parents regretted it and then fainted. In the dark, I heard Xiang Tuo say, "Don't cry, my parents. This world doesn't allow me to grow up. This is my destiny. Just in front of the northwest mountain, I borrowed a three-foot mountain from the villagers and buried me there. I don't know much about it, and it's of little use to the villagers. It's just that this mountain root has been working for ten years and nine years. If the drought is serious, I will burn some incense and tell me with a straw that I can borrow some sex from Zhang Tianshi to get wet in Fiona Fang. " Neighbors know that Xiang Tuo is dead, so they come to offer advice and comfort. Tell the villagers what they heard in the coma to their parents. Due to the fear of officers and soldiers and the pain of losing their son, Xiang Tuo's parents died one after another soon. Since then, whenever the weather is dry, the villagers burn incense and straw to pray. Really smart. I've been giving everything I want for years. In order to repay this child prodigy who was still thinking about everyone after his death, the villagers built a children's temple and carved a statue of children in the place where Xiang Tuo was buried. This mountain was called Children's Mountain from now on. A temple was built on the top of the mountain in a secluded place in Xiang Tuo, and statues of Xiangmu and his neighbor's aunt were carved, named Niangniang Temple, and the mountain was named You Erheng. Since then, the thatch built by You Erheng and Xiao Er on the mountain has become red-edged and red-pointed, so that people can remember the lesson that thatch crushed Xiang Tuo. Over time, the child god evolved into a saint, plus a master; Like an old man with a white beard. Niangniang Temple has also become a grandma temple. Xiao 'er Mountain has also become a sacred mountain, but some children have been misinformed as You 'er Mountain.
Before liberation, every year on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, that is, Xiang Tuo's birthday, people would sing operas in Youer Valley to commemorate him. At this time, some young women who had no children after marriage also came to ask for sons and gave birth to sons to live a long life. Year after year, a thousand years of fragrance. On a dry day, I sang in front of Gong Sheng Temple and prayed for rain. People who go to the opera must take hemp fiber, hat or umbrella, or they will get wet. It is said that when there is a thunderstorm in this area, it never hails. This is because saints are afraid that hail will damage villagers' crops.
It is of great benefit to the stele profile and the Jufeng area to travel in the clouds and rain. Looking at the distant villages and towns, they came to move the sacred man. It's raining. Because the statue of Mahatma is a clay tire, it is not easy to move. The presidents thought of a way, bought ebony to carve the upper body of the saint, and made a small table with boxwood for the lower body. As soon as the dragon robe was worn, it became a statue, with a statue like the county grandfather. Please use eight sedan chairs where there is a sedan chair, and please use a special sedan chair for Gong Sheng where there is no sedan chair. When walking, the flag board is displayed in front, the gong is sounded to clear the way, and the back is blown. As long as the people who move are sincere, the saints will give whatever they want, return the favor and rain in time. If you are rude, saints will cut their robes and break their righteousness. One year, a dry fire broke out in one place. They came to a city gate with eight big sedan chairs. Suddenly, the person sitting in the sedan chair felt heavy on his shoulders and asked for a rest. Then I lifted it, but I couldn't lift it. The villagers said, "Ask for a sign and ask the sage what it is." They shook the sign bucket and jumped out with a sign that said, "Although my God is small, I will never drill my little wife's crotch." The villagers suddenly realized that it was the Niangniang Temple at the gate. The villagers had to lead the way to their destination, sang a few big plays, and it really rained. People rushed to plant soybeans and sweet potatoes, but forgot to send the sages back to the government. Fortunately, a fellow villager was thinking about this matter, so he found a donkey, tied the icon to the donkey, and asked a small herdsman to drive the donkey to send the icon back. The saint's ass was worn out because of the bumps on the road. From then on, this place has to be moved again, and there is no way to move it. People call it "the land beyond the reach of saints"
In the late 1930s, General Wan Yi of the 57th Army led the 667th regiment to enter Feijiahu Village in the southeast corner of Gong Sheng Temple. At that time, it didn't rain for three consecutive months, and the wheat seedlings were dying. It is impossible to sow in spring, and people and animals have almost no water to drink. General Wan Yi was angry. He sent more than a dozen cannons into the air. The officers and men publicly accused God of being too cruel to the people, and secretly accused Chiang Kai-shek of not resisting Japan, but it still didn't help. At this time, the president of a temple fair approached General Wan Yi and said, "This place was robbed by three gangs of bandits, Liu Heiqi, Xu Xiaogan and Zheng Daji, and now there are Japanese devils invading our China, which has caused such natural and man-made disasters, and the people are miserable. When the drought was severe last year, we prayed for rain. Can we stop praying for rain? I am afraid that bandits will come to grab it. " General Wan Yi said: "If so, I can guarantee the safety of the temple fair as long as it is beneficial to the people." As a result, three plays were made. After the first one was sung, Wan Li was still sunny and Wan Li was cloudless. The president of the temple fair was also a little worried, so he went to ask for a sign and got two. The first sign says "Lightning and Thunder", and the second sign says "It's sunny and the moon is bright". Presidents thought it would rain when they saw the first sign, but they were puzzled when they saw the second sign. How can it rain when the sun is shining? Just ask the monk and the monk will laugh. Presidents are even more uneasy. Until the evening, a piece of white clouds floated in the western sky, as big as a mattress. Soon, white clouds were flying, dark clouds were gathering, lightning and thunder were thundering, and it was raining cats and dogs. The ditch was full of rivers, and even the earthen platform rushed to a corner. A few hours later, after the rain, the moon was clear. Presidents breathed a sigh of relief. The thunderstorm lifted the drought in the square garden near Beikuo and Jufeng.
"The sage leads the way" is also a topic that people often talk about. Several ditches near the west of Yurgu are called Wudao River. Further west, several ditches near the Shandong side of Gong Sheng are called Dagou No.2 ditch; There is also a canyon in the northwest corner of Gong Sheng Temple, called Northwest Kouzi. These places are criss-crossed, with high mountains and dense forests and few households. At night, the wind blows trees, wolves howl and foxes crow, which makes people feel creepy. People who walk here often get lost. At this time, the lost people just need to pray: "Holy Lord, have mercy and let me go!" " "At this time, either an old man shows the way, or the moonlight shines and the road is bright. People wake up from their dreams and rush to the future, safe and sound, and when they turn to thank them, there is no old man.
Sages treat people like this, but they are different faces to bad people. They will give you some color to see from time to time. It is said that before this, Xu Xiaogan, a habitual bandit, killed more than 100 people, ransacked the village, set fire to half the village, and then went to Gong Sheng Temple to demonstrate, raving: "Everyone said that Gong Sheng's sedan chair was afraid to sit, so I'll try it today and see what he did to me!" Then he got into the sedan chair, drank the slave and carried him to the east. After walking less than a mile, the northeast wind blew and it rained heavily, hitting the sedan chair door, making him unable to move forward. He also ordered his minions to carry him back, and then there was a southwest wind and heavy rain, which carried him back to the temple. After falling from the sedan chair, a whirlwind blew, which scared him into a cold sweat and looked forward. Soon, bandits fought for territory, and the bandits Zhu Xinzhai and Zhang Buyun of the 57th Army tricked him into disarming Huangdun and escorted him to Jinan with more than 100 people, all of whom were shot by Han Fuju.
In the early 1940s, the temple was destroyed, and the wooden statue was carried home by a loyal minister named Ma and hidden in his hanging shop. When his wife found out, she also supported the bodhisattva heart and behavior of the old man. On holidays, they burn paper, incense, kowtow and peek at icons. From then on, everything went well in this family, and the days became more and more prosperous. The old couple lived in the era of reform and opening up, and they didn't worry about food and clothing. Over ninety years old, I can take care of myself. A large group of children and grandchildren, all filial. Those who go to school study hard, those who become cadres are promoted step by step, and their business is profitable every year. One day, Ma Laohan suddenly fell to the ground and was dying. People were busy putting on the shroud, and the wife standing by suddenly fell to the ground and died with a long breath. The children held a funeral for the two old people together, accompanied by the crying of their parents. Everyone in the village says that good results will be rewarded. This is called a fair death!
Let's talk about icons first. At the beginning of the ten-year turmoil, it was found out when it was "breaking the old four and establishing the new four" and took it to the site of the land temple to fight with the land god. Some elders attending the meeting were taciturn, and young activists ignored these, not only criticizing, but also moving. A young man ran to the icon and said, "What should I be? Isn't this an old man carved out of wood? " Say, according to the wooden statue is a slap in the face. When he turned to speak again, his nose was dripping blood. The participants looked at each other and the meeting broke up in discord. It is said that at that time, I didn't know which level had instructions, and the collected superstitions (mostly old books, genealogies and idols) were handed over step by step and kept or destroyed by the county public security bureau. After the meeting, an activist tied the icon with two ropes and four standing class icons and sent them to the township office with a rifle. However, when the man came back, he plunged into the house and never went out again, not even eating. I heard someone outside and went to the bottom of the bed. My family brought me food and ate it under the bed. Before long, I died. People said everything.
With the changes of the times and the likes and dislikes of those in power, temples are destroyed or built, and their culture becomes law. In the early 1930s, Rizhao * * * Production Party held a meeting in a temple to lead peasant riots, which shocked Nanjing National Government and Han Fuju. In addition to brutally suppressing the Riot in Rizhao, they treated all the people who watched the mountain and lived in the temple as * * *, and ordered the "relocation of households and villages" living in the mountain roots to implement the "Jiabao" system. In the name of bandits living in the temple, the local Kuomintang leaders burned down the grandmother temple on Yurgu. 1In July, 945, the Japanese army invaded the Yule Valley, set up a stronghold, cut off five or six arm thick ginkgo trees in the temple with an axe, and set them on fire. After the collapse of the Japanese devils, the people's government took over. Seeing that he could no longer live, he killed the board and made it public. In the early days of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, under the guidance of the lost peasant tree bodhisattva, the Gong Sheng Temple was demolished by the local militia. During the "Ten Years of Unrest", several monuments on two temples were smashed together, leaving nothing behind. There is only one juniper and one Haloxylon ammodendron left in Gong Sheng Temple.
In recent years, with the development of tourism, the temple culture and economy have also risen quietly, so the legend of Gong Sheng Temple has a new content: The year before last, a boss who made a fortune doing business in Northeast China, for some unknown reason, wanted to invest in rebuilding Gong Sheng Temple, which was supported by relevant departments and the masses.
There is a persimmon tree at the root of the wall in front of the original Gong Sheng Temple site, and the building blocks the road. The builder planed the tree and put it aside. This root system is developed, and it was taken a fancy to by a root carving enthusiast, so he paid for it and transported it with a walking tractor first. I didn't go far after putting the tree in the car. The tractor tilted and the roots rolled from the car to the ground. The buyer thought the car was small and found an agricultural vehicle. As a result, the car was run over before it went far. Now the buyer is dumbfounded. Just after the exhibition, an old man who came to watch said, "This is Gong Sheng Temple, with a mountain area of nearly 100 mu. It is Guanshan, originally belonging to Rizhao County People's Government, and now it is placed under Lanshan Working Committee, and it is taken care of by the local village. The state has long stipulated that ancient and famous trees are prosperous but not rotten. There is a legend in our local area that anything that adds color to the holy mountain and is beneficial to the people will be done boldly, and naturally it will be safe and sound. In the 1960s, Zhangzhuang Reservoir opened a mountain to run a school, and teachers and students of Beikuo Middle School planted tea safely in this mountain. Although this persimmon tree is not an ancient tree, it is almost seventy years old, which hinders the construction and can be moved forward! Why do you want it to die? No, the saint won't let you go. You young people can only carry this tree away if you burn paper incense, set off firecrackers and apologize to the saints. " So the relevant personnel followed suit and found a heavy vehicle to transport the tree away.
Now the Gong Sheng Temple has been built. Standing on the reservoir dam in front of Gong Sheng Temple, the top of the temple is full of pine trees, and there are apple orchards and chestnut orchards on both sides of the temple. At the foot of the mountain, there are hundreds of acres of tea gardens like girls' skirts, and Gong Sheng is also like Maitreya. It is surrounded by peaks, Hui Ze Donggang, surrounded by stone tablets, supporting Lanshan. He overlooks Lanping Railway, Lan Yan Highway, Steel Factory Highway and Tongsan Expressway, smiling as if welcoming tourists and donors from all directions.
